Jaypaw curled his tail around his paw and looked around the camp.

Featherwhisper looked at Brakenstar. She sighed as she looked over at him.

Brackenstar
The tabby tom was grooming himself. But he couldn't help notice how depressed she looked. The tom wanted everybody to be happy, and it sure was hard work. He slowly padded to Featherwhisper. Paw by paw he stepped, he had to know what was wrong. He sat down and forced himself to look in her eyes. "Are you okay?" he asked, a glimmer of sorrow twinkled in his eye as it reminded him of his parents.

Rosepaw
She was all alone and noticed Jaypaw grooming himself, with nothing to do. Rosepaw finally found this as an opportunity to do something since her brother was always busy. It always felt good to hang out with a fellow apprentice. She sat down next to him and started to groom herself alongside him. "Hello, Jaypaw." she mewed, muffled from licking her fur. "How are you doing today?" Rosepaw asked, stopping her grooming and looking at the other apprentice straight in the eyes.

Featherwhisper looked at him, surprised. She flicked her tail nervously. "Yeah, I am fine.."

Jaypaw looked at her. "Hello Rosepaw." He flicked his ear. "I am fine, just bored."

Brackenstar
The brown tom gulped. "You sure?" he asked. Brackenstar knew with a trace she liked him, but he wasn't so sure. "Well then, you can't come on a hunt with me, can you?" he said.

Rosepaw
She looked at Jaypaw in disappointment. "Would you be bored around me?" she asked nervously. What if he said yes? I'm a very fun cat, for sure... right? Rosepaw thought, her mind whirling with all kinds of thoughts.

Shallowpaw
Shallowpaw looked at Rosepaw and saw that she was currently occupied. Shallowpaw had not interacted with Firepaw fully, and thought he could have a new friend, since his one and only friend was his sister, Rosepaw. He quickly padded to Firepaw in desperate of attention. He stopped once he got in front of the white and orange tom. "Hey, Firepaw." he meowed steadily.

Featherwhisper looked at Brakenstar. "I could go hunting with you..."

Jaypaw pinned her down and swatted at her ear playfully, "Nope."

Brackenstar
He padded out of the den, then lifted up his paw in hesitation. He turned slowly. "You coming?" was all he could say.

Rosepaw
She smiled she batted at his ear playfully, then wiggled out of his grasp. "It's nice to know that someone likes to spend time with me." she purred.
