HeichouLevi wrote:"I hope they don't try anything like that again. Otherwise they will have more to deal with than they can handle," Zuba replied with a growl as he eyed the offending thing.
Makunga snorted as he asked, "What did they do before? Why do they keep coming back?"
Crosshairs stumbled as his prey fell to the ground, still feebly wailing and calling out. It was then he noticed the thundering charge of it's mother....coming up behind him. He pulled his head away from the carcass and snarled at it, unsure of what to do then he saw Lockjaw. He lowered his head and made the finishing bite to kill the youngster, hoping that would help deter the enraged parent before he jumped over the carcass and raced towards the adult, hissing and snarling.

Lockjaw saw movement out of the corner of his orange-red eyes while he charged the mother triceratops. As he leaped onto its back and promptly nipped at it, seeking to only drive it off, yet another youngster tore from the jungle, a utahraptor by the looks of it.
"Oi!" Lockjaw snapped, lifting his blood-drenched head to snarl at the new threat to his and Crosshair's meal, "What the hell do you think you're doing here? I've had just about enough of you youngsters.. Crosshairs interrupting my hunt was bad enough!" With that, the dark grey-skinned velociraptor leaped off of the triceratops's back, and with a wailing cry at its dead baby, it stormed off. The mama triceratops, seeing three raptors, knew it couldn't protect its now-dead young, and it lumbered away, bleeding from Lockjaw's bite.
Lockjaw turned his slender head away from the retreating parent and toward the utahraptor, that was now standing above Crosshair's hard-earned meal. The adult raptor let out a fearsome, hissing roar just to emphasize his point, and he snarled aggressively, snaking his way toward the female, "Back away from our kill!"
