Talen stared at her now. He could not believe that halo, a strong looking female, could ever had been his size.... "Cant i just stay here with you?" he asked hopefully. Then turned to look at zippura and zilitha, and back to halo. "And them too?"

Larka was aware of voices by the camp entrance, but kept her word to midnight as to not confront them.... but the urge to do so was so strong..... it was in her blood.....

"I could ask the alphas if you'd like," Halo said, making sure to not make any rpomises.

Talen's ears perked up and his tail began to wag. "really?!" a huge smile spread across his young puppy face. Then he felt a strike of uneasiness go through him.... the alpha's were so, so big.... they looked as if they could run for days without stopping, and and.... He wondered how they would react to him... a runty pup was certainly no gain for the pack, just another hungry mouth to feed.... He especially remembered that large black male on the tall old stone... he could kill talen in one swipe if he wished too.... no, thought talen. All these wolves were so kind, and they had respect for their alphas. that must mean they were good, not to hostile leaders. he took in a breath, puffing out his chest a bit.

"Sure! Stay here," Halo said, she then trotted over to the alpha's den.

Talen grinned some more as he watched her leave. his heart beating furiously in his chest.


Larka finally reached her den and yawning a little, layed down in the soft moss and brittle leaves. She sighed, blinking drouzily, resting her head on her paws. She just seemed to realize how tired she really was. She glanced up at the moon. dawn would come soon, maybe in about an hour or so.... Larka was finally able to close her eyes...

Midnight looked up, his yellow eyes catching sight of Halo. "Yes?" He asked, pushing himself to his feet tiredly. The scent of the other wolves wafted to his nose, and he shook his head slightly, wishing he could go confront them.

"There are some wolves that would like to join this pack," Halo said, indicating the wolves at the camp entance.

Lilith looked sideways at Somber. She kept her mouth shut, knowing he was looking at the skull on her face.

Larka's ears twitched in her sleep and she let out a quiet whine. She was dreaming..... but they were nightmares....
((in larka's dream lol))Larka's eyes flickered open. She stared around herself, finding that she was in a forest, she began to walk through the trees. Larka couldn't help thinking about how familiar it seemed... Then she came to a large maple tree, its bows reached far out into the sky. Its leaves rustled, and larka found it quite comforting... Then it came to her.... This was her old home! the one with kira and safira and the others! She was home! She started to call out to her beloved friends but it was cut short as huge licking flames of fire roared up around her blocking her way. Larka's heart hurt horribly as she saw all of her packmates mouths gaping in silent screams of terror. Then she heard kira's voice: "run larka! go!" she turned to see her leader completely engolfed in flames. Larka turned and ran.......

Midnight nodded silently, padding softly to meet the new wolves. "I am Midnight, Alpha of Night pack, how can I be of service to you?" He asked, his yellow eyes sweeping the wolves in front of him. But not with hostility.
