Talen just stared at sage as she ate. he had nothing better to do, and waiting for the newest marked one to return was hard for him. even though he was a patient wolf, he still was excited.

Larka frowned, eyes gleaming she stared straight in forn tof her.things would happen how the prophecy intented them to. sparrow would have no choice but to fight...larka had tried to stop her from fighting...but sadly found she could not stop something her friend was destined to do.she sighed and shook her head.

Sparrow almost seemed to read Larka's mind, and steped forwards to touch muzzles with her Alphess comfortingly. "Larka, everything will be fine." She whispered softly, although fear crept into her voice. "I'm not a little pup anymore."

Glitter spied on a deer. She ran after it and pounced on it. She bit into it's neck, then it's leg.

Larka smiled at her."no your not. but this will be dangerous beyond anything you have ever encountered before."she whispered softly watching the grass blow in the slight wind."the shadow walkers have both an advantage, besides captives, and a disadvantage on us." she frowned."advantage because if they find out what shuts you down, something that hurts your heart, it usually weakens you."she paussed."dis-advantage because most of us have felt pain before, felt our hearts break a million times over. it makes you strong."she sighed quietly"we still need to gather the pack and train. we also all need to eat, get our strength back up."larka herself was thin as a stick at the moment, always making sure her packmates got somthing first.

Glitter finally killed the deer. She dragged the deer back to Midnight,Larka,Sparrow, and everyone else. "I caught food for everyone." She said quietly.

Sparrow beamed down at Glitter. "Well done." She whispered, nudging the pup affectionately on the head. "Yes, Larka." She agreed, a deep sadness glowing in her brilliant green eyes. They had her sister....
