Larka stared in horror at what had happened to storm."oh no..." she breathed. her ears twitched and her eyes flickered. she turned her head ever so slightly so see sage walking away, her tail dragging in the dust. larka sighed and melted away into the shadows, only to materialize right next to sage."sage..."she whispered in the female's ear."im sorry..." she blinked lovingly, sympathetically down at her friend."im so sorry... maybe, just maybe there is a way to jog his memory. though it will take time." she paused."he has not forgotten you. your still in his mind, somewhere, he just needs to find you." she sighed and touched sage's nose lightly with her own.

Talen was distraught."storm?! storm do you remember me? its me talen! storm?" talen stood his eyes wide, tail dragging in the dust. 'it cant be! how could he forget us?!' the thought running through his head were painful. talen rushed to his side, eyes glittering with horror."what's happening to him?!" he asked desperately.

[Somewhere Cold]

Lucinda turned to Talen. "He's locked in a past memory. We have to do something to bring him back," She drew her tail gently along his flank. "What should we do?" She asked no one in particular.

"Luce! This is your fault! You put something in him to make him forget us! You wanted to take his place! HOW DARE YOU! WE LET YOU STAY ON OUR TERTORI AND THIS IS HOW YOU REPAY US! BY MAKING OUR HEALER FORGET US!" Ato lunged for Luce

"Ato!"talen yelled, leaping at his friend, he pulled him off of luce.pinning the bigger male with some difficulty he stared down at him with emerald eyes."ato! he was poisoned before luce started to treat him! please! this wont help him!" he gestured to storm. and glanced hopefully at luce.

Storm almost on que moaned and thrashed around.

"oh man!" talen groaned as he saw storm's sudden movement. "sage..." he whispered."we need sage! she may be able to bring back his memories! she was his whole world! and still is! where did she go guys?!"

[Somewhere Cold]

"Oh go sit in the corner!" Lucinda snapped at Ato. She began to mumble to herself as she worked over Storm, "I just don't understand why no one in this valley can trust me." Luce's thoughts trailed back to her mother, but all she could see was lavender eyes.

Ato got out from underneath Talen with little trouble, Ato was bigger and he knew Talen wasnt going to hold him down any longer, he said what he wanted to say and got his point out there, "Talen how do you know she did do this well treating him? Yes maybe shes not done but how can we trust her?! She attacked you and you seem the most willing to accept her even after what she did and now she ould be killing him faster or worse slower and in more pain! We cant trust her! Ive meet people like her, they find a pack, get the healer sick and then try to 'help' then end up killing them and then the pack dies with now healer fro another pack attack!" ((in his case they alomst died from that but then there was the fire)) now Ato had his point out and waited to see if his freind would see where he was coming from "And you, outsider dont you dare tell me what to do! You are not my alpha nor mother, so back off! Next time Talen wont be able to help you!"

Heiro nodded slightly to Midnight before heading into the cave after him, Kira close behind. He always wanted to protect his sister, and didn't look too happy when she offered to help fight. But, it was for the pack, and he couldn't make her just stay in the cave while he and Midnight fought off the threat. "What happened to your leg?" Kira asked when she noticed her alpha limping.

Talen flinched as he tumbled off of ato."ato..." he growled quietly, struggling to his paws, his shoulder had hit the ground and it stung with fury. making it incredibly hard not to scream. talen slipped and fell on his stomach again before finally urging himself to a sitting position, he was panting hard."what difference will it make?" he coughed."none of us know how to help him! she is the only one! our only choices are letting him die, or seeing if by some miracle she can help...." talen was gasping, and was seized in horror as more blood began to creep through his dark fur. the wound had reopened.
