Her vivid ember eyes were alight within the shadows, the splotchy tortoiseshell splaying her ears as she paused for a moment. Silvertongue lingered in the darkness, her nose quivering as she caught onto the faint traces of cats. The air was hot, humid, her head hunkered down low as she continued through their territory.
