He felt her wiggle from beneath his grasp.[/color] Fox-dung! he thought. He feel to the floor, he just layed their for Briarpaw to finish him off in there 'battle'. "Go on, finish me off! It is my fault that I am an old tom getting bet up by an apprentice. You will do me a favor, since I have nothing to live for!" he whimpered, hoping to fool Briarpaw to come closer and comfort him, then he would twirl around and leap to his paws, read and maybe even strike a blow...

Briarpaw was surprised, she didn't think he would give up that easy. "That's only because you were beating me up first," she huffed with a grin as she thought of how he kept cuffing her earlier. She then crouched and pounced with all her might again.

He yelped, she had pounced on him, but he still had one paw free. He unsheathed his claws on that paw and swiped it over her shoulder as hard as he could. He had went back to a battle that he recently fought in that some cat did that, so he swiped his claw over his apprentice as if he went into battle mode for that second, which he had.

Briarpaw howled in pain the moment he raked his claws over her shoulder. She jumped away from him as fast as she could although she stumbled on her paws, mostly from the shoulder he had hit. "W-why'd you use your claws?" She mewed, almost a squeak.

"I am sorry, I didn't mean to. I just went into a real battle mode... Do you need some cobwebs, I could fine some. It isn't that bad that we need to go get Frost-tail and use her cobwebs, I know a few just a little while form here!" he mewed, pity coated his voice but by the end his voice had turned cold again, no emotion just a tingle of pity left. I won't go soft, I am a proud warrior, and this is some puny apprentice! She can not turn me into a soft-hearted kitty pet!
