Tawnyfoor padded forward and touched noses to Silverpaw she was quivering in fear, she gently guided the new apprentice with her. Silverpaw's tail shook and she crouched low

Bramblepaw looked around for his mentor padding up to Stormpool reaching up to tap his mentors nose and then raced to confront his sister. He looked at the clan pride in his golden eyes. He leaned over his sister and wrapped his tail over her back purring.

Shadepelt joined in, with his deep meow that could become loud, as loud as thunder when he wanted it to be. He glanced at Ashpaw grinning wickedly.

Grasspelt hurried over to Ambertail, mewing a quick congrats to the new 'paws.

Featherstar glanced at Shadepelt. "Poor Ashpaw." she mewed to herself. "He's in for a scare."

Sliverpaw peered up at Grasspelt and slipped behind her brave brother who had his chested puffed up with pride. She looked at the warriors her fear sent crackling on her pelt. Tawnyfoot would have a hard job getting this scared kit to open up and become brave.

Shadepelt flicked his tail standing as Echosong slipped up next to him, his scary expression softened and he rubbed his cheek against her's. The two had become very close every since that day, Shadepelt was always much calmer around Echosong. he glanced at Featherstar his eyes narrowing showing his displeasure he did not agree with Featherstar when he looked at Silverpaw he saw a cat that he thought would forever be in the nursery to scared to come out. In his opinion the kit should have just stayed in the nursery. Teaching the kit was just a wast of Tawnyfoot's time, that is how he saw it anyways.

Featherstar looked over at Silverpaw. "Poor, Silverpaw. She seems so scared all the time."

Silverpaw leaned against her brother looking for support she was terrified she could still see the death of her parents. It was always haunting her, she bravely took and step forward and felt Shadepelts stare, she turned to face him. In a split second she was back next to her brother the stare was scary. Bramblepaw licked his sisters head and then padded over to join the other apprentices he was big for his age will Silverpaw was small. Silverpaw sat by her mentor waiting.

Shadepelt walked over to Featherstar his gaze hard, "Why is that kit an apprentice you know as well as I do she is scared out of her wits" Shadepelt meowed and for a split second it almost seemed like her was concerned for her well being. "You know it will only drag the clan down to have such a cowered" Shadepelt added instantly making it bad.

Echosong's jaw dropped and she turned to face Ashpaw and then Silverpaw feeling bad for the two maybe they could get along. They could share the pain of having the wrath of Shadepelt hanging over them.

Featherstar's eyes narrowed. "Have you ever seen your parents die in front of your own eyes?" she lashed her tail. "Scared or not, she is old enough to learn how to fight for her clan, and she has the right to learn as any of us."

Claypaw leaned over to Echopaw. In her ear, he whispered, "Poor Silverpaw. Shadepelt seems to be really being mean to her."

Echopaw nodded her head and flicked her tail. Her eyes narrowed at Shadepelt. "I can't wait to become a warrior can you?" She asked Claypaw trying to change the subject.

Nightwhisper wanted to speak to Featherstar in private but saw her talking to Shadepelt. They appeared to be arguing. So Nightwhisper decided to padded up to see what was wrong.

Bramblepaw stopped feeling out of place and he shuffled his paws looking at his sister, then he padded towards Claypaw and Echopaw. "Hey" he meowed, Silverpaw had frozen up and watched Claypaw, she had an undying crush on Claypaw she turned away.

"Yes actually I have" Shadepelt meowed, his tail lashed back and forth anger visible in his eyes. "She will bring us down she jumps at every noise" he spat and his fur ruffled. He spun around shooting a glare over his shoulder, "I am taking Ashpaw to battle training" Shadepelt growled stalking off towards his apprentice.
