"Let me guess...No?" He joked. Rushheart could already guess by the look on her face, he didn't need any hints. "I bet it was because of age difference." He added, putting down his catches on the fresh-kill pile.

She chuckled "Your right! It was because of that. Do you read minds?" She asked, her whiskers twitching in amusement. With all this drama in the clan, she felt as if she didn't even exist, which was good for her, because she didn't enjoy drama much. She stretched, and looked around "Hey - SunStorm? Do you mind if i come on your patrol?" She asked, tilting her head to one side.

The kind tom watched as PurpleFlower got rejected. His heart flipped upside down, in grief for the pretty she cat, and in pure joy. He got to his paws, and padded towards PurpleFlower "PurpleFlower? Are you alright?" He asked gently, his Green eyes soft and loving.

Purpleflower just droops her head, closing her eyes as her heart breaks into thousand of pieces.

brightleap nodded lightly, dismissing herself from the group and walking into sandstar's den, it was very nie and large and seh had never been in there, besides a couple of times when she was sneaking in as a kit. "sandstar." she spoke calmly her voice echoing through the den, "you made the right choice, i can see your heart set on another cat." she meowed.

The large Tom sighed "She is only a young cat, just a little troublesome when I think about it." He bit into the mouse and chewed, then cleaning his muzzle with his paw. "Well of course my heart is, every cat can love. Not all cats are meant for each other though." Sandstar meowed.

sunstorm took his gaze off of the beautiful medicine cat and snapped out of his daze and grin. "oh, of course sandstar. i'll go fetch honeypaw and i guess i could take... hmmm... i'll go with snowstorm? would you be interested in coming with me?" sunstorm asked, flicking his tail softly.

fernpaw looked over at littlepaw and kestrelpaw, flattening her ears. "oh no, now the herbs are crushed..." she muttered, gathering up whatever hadn't been smushed up. she frowned and sighed, then eventually sniffed out some more herbs.

vixenleap had heard what had happened. she padded outside, quickly shooing the other cats away from purpleflower, and brought the other queen back into the nursery. she made sure that the other cats couldn't come in and pester the brown tabby cat as she put her tail on purpleflower's shoulder. "what happened?" she asked, frowning softly. she was always going to be there for the younger shecat, even if they shared the same love for their leader.

stonecry padded outside after talking with gingerheart about what was going on with purpleflower and sandstar. he saw brightleap, a small blush crossing his cheeks. he looked away and then sat down, waiting until brightleap came back outside. he admired the shecat more than just a friend.

"well, i'll leave." she smiled and turned around wanting him to have time for himself to think about what had just happened. she then saw stonecry, the cat she was infatuated with, she quickly shook her thoughts from her head and padded towards him, prodding her paw on his shoulder to get his attention "hey stonecry." she grinned and took a seat in front of him

stonecry looked up to see brightleap, giving her a smirk in return. "hey, brightleap. wanna go hunt with me? prey is getting scarce as leafbare approaches and the fresh-kill pile is nearly empty..." he said softly, pointing to the freshkill pile with his paw. there was ivywing and rushheart's catches from that morning but that's all.
