She looked at Blackpaw, "We need to go on a hunting patrol, come on."

Willowfeather raised her head, "I could go with you, though I caught plenty prey earlier this morning, It's probably already half way gone." She purred, then looked around for the apprentice. Then watched as Blackpaw came over to them. "Morning Blackpaw."

She nodded at the apprentice, "Yes."

"Well, if she wants." Willowfeather meowed as she watched Pebblepaw emerge from the apprentice den and race over to them. She purred at the little apprentice's enthusiasm. Then she turned around and let her tail run low.

Pebblepaw's head shot up as she heard the word 'Patrol', and she shot out of the apprentices den. "Can I come along? Can I, Can I, can I?!" She meowed, then started to bounce.

She smiled, "Yes, it would be great for testing your skills!"

"Ya-Wait, Testing my skills?" Pebblepaw stopped bouncing, but kept smiling, "Alright!" she purred.
