The apprentice tried to act brave, claws unsheathed and chest puffed with strength, when she was terrified. When Avocetwing moved away, she pressed herself against him again. He was beginning to become a fatherly figure to her. "Yeah, we're being watched. Whoever they are won't attack. They're still trying to build up power, lets go back to camp."

He harbored the same emotions as Falconpaw had for him; she was like his daughter now, and he'd do anything to protect her from the malicious eidolon that was haunting them. "Get away!" He snarled, his claws raking the firm terrain beneath his paws. Never before had he felt such a fire in his chest; it was quite possible that the loyalty of his Clan was growing stronger as battle drew nearer.

"But you will not attack!" Falconpaw hissed. "You need more cats to attack the clan with, and you're thinking we would be the perfect cats to help with that. Lets go Avocetwing." when Falconpaw raised her head, she was as tall as Avocetwing. She nodded to the tom, a fire in her blueish silver eyes, the ginger side of her face made it look even more bright. She began to padd to camp with the black and white tom.

Honeykit widened her eyes. Her mother didn't even trust her! She suddenly lost control of her emotions. "I DIDN'T HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH IT!!" She yowled, and ran away to the dirt place. She didn't leave camp, and she was unknowingly still in her mother's view. "What just happened..?" She asked herself, beggining to cry.

"How infuriating little kit." he spoke harshly now, "That is no way to talk to the future leader of your clan." He meowed to the apprentice. He was enraged, he whisked closer, and drew out his claws, he drew them across her side, making her bleed, before he leaped back, and drew behind Rainfur.

He picked up Forestkit gently by the scruff. He put the kit on the ground. "Who's Dovestar? Is she your leader?" he asked his mate, Mapleheart.

The leader was convinced. "I don't think Owlkit is a dark forest member. After all, he did receive the prophecy. He's extremely connected to StarClan, I can see it in his eyes. It's like he has all the knowledge. I think Owlkit is destined to be a very good medicine cat." she purred, looking at Cherryblossom's fine kit.

She excused herself from Spiderpelt politely. "Honeykit, would you like to tell me what's wrong?" she asked with concern for her kit.

He leapt toward the specter, dragging his claws along the former leader's flank. He then realized that Greystar was already dead and that he was clawing at thin air. "We'll settle this later," he hissed. "Me and you. I'll sink my claws into your neck, you weak kittypet." Avocetwing began to lead Falconpaw back to camp, skidding to a halt inside and glancing about frantically in search of Dovestar.
