The tom snorted, glancing at the queen. "Should take better care of them maybe.." He said under his breath, walking toward the apprentice's den, sitting down just outside of it and quickly laying down. He licked his paw quietly, an irritated look on his face.

- Crowpaw -
Sami glanced around slowly, staring at the camp. He sank off toward a corner of the camp, sitting down nervously and looking around. He slowly lowered himself and curled up, a bit scared to be there with the others around. Picking a mentor.. Who would that be? Could the leader pick for him, maybe that wasn't a good idea though.. He grumbled to himself, unable to think clearly.

[fire,]

By now, Honeykit was herself again. Tears welled up in her eyes. "We're sorry mommy, we're really really sorry! We just wanted to see the territory and we wanted t-to protect the Clan!" She whined, and then came the waterworks. "We'll never d-do it again, we s-swear!"

[storm coming.]

Owlkit broke into tears. "We will never do anything as stupid as that again!" he wailed, nuzzling his head against her chest. "We learned our lesson. In fact, we are getting apprenticed a moon late!"

Cherryblossom shook her head. "That's what you get for sneaking away while I was asleep. I'm not going to feel sorry for you two. If you want sympathy, ask someone else." she mewed.

The tom snorted at the kits, sitting at the apprentice's den still. Though his frown turned into a small smile at the queen's words, no sympathy from mother? He chuckled to himself, waving his tail slowly. "Congrats, you're not as soft as I thought." He said under his breath, unsure if he was loud enough to be heard. Either way his frown returned shortly after as he licked his front leg.

- Crowpaw -
The small cat remained curled in the corner of camp, watching the mother and her kits. He twitched an ear at her words and theirs, no sympathy? Not that he could blame her, they left camp and attacked him.. He sighed to himself, still feeling a bit bad for the small cats.

Honeykit lowered her head. She didn't like being scolded, it made her belly hurt and her heart beat faster than normal. "We're sorry..." She said again, the tears on her face starting to dry. She knew this journey was her fault, since she encouraged Owlkit without a single thought. Her and her alone should have gotten in trouble. She padded to the nursery, and lay down in her nest with all of her other littermates. She was very tired, and immediately passed out once her body touched the moss-bedding.

She let out a purr, "Aww... Scotch, thank you!" She pressed her muzzle, into his neck fur, and gave a soft purr.

"What's so important that you just haveto in vade our territory?" Falconpaw spat. "I can't let you pass and eat our prey, scare it off. " A thought had occurred to Falconpaw though. The tom was healthy, and his buold would make for a good hunter. He wasn't as broad as the clan's toms for fighting, but his more narrow frame would definitely give him some pro's.

He purred, licking her underneath the chin affectionately. "You should probably be heading back to your Clan with the kits. I wish I could come with you..." he trailed off, remembering when he was in a Clan.

She purred lovingly at her kits apologies. "Owlkit. You must be tired. Please go into the nursery like Honeykit just did." she mewed, licking him between the ears.

He nodded, glad to escape from his mother. Owlkit hated when he got in trouble. His mother always made a big deal out of it. But it was just because she loved them. Owlkit curled up in his comfortable nest, soon falling asleep.

Honeykit was in a nightmare, where all of her family was dead, her Clan was dead, she had nothing left. "You said you'd be stronger, but you weren't strong enough!" Said the nightmare, giving an evil cackle. Honeykit was getting worked up in reality, so her feelings were affecting her dreams. Her breathing began to quicken, and her body started twitching with fear.
