i stared blankly at the dead bird, before picking it up in my jaws and running away, as fast as i could. i was barely ten tail lengths away until i crouched down, glaring defensively with a rude flare at the three cats, the dead shrew still hanging in my jaws. after a few seconds, i began to dig into the shrew, not taking my eyes off the three.

Icewhisker chuckled briefly. "I can hear, not that old yet. You know, perhaps I'll change my mind." But her cheerful attitude stopped when she saw Snowfeather and the young, familiar kit. "Snowfeather... And Firekit?"

i stared up at the she-cat, before sniffing her. a clan cat! a kit can always remember the smells of where he's recently born. "clan cat, don't touch me! i'll get your smell!" i screeched, unsheathing my tiny thin claws. "you're evil! you don't share!"

Mistywing watched with her head cocked as Tigerheart scurried away for a short moment, before returning with some prey in his jaws, offering it to her. Gratefully, she accepted it with a few words before digging in with short, neat nips.
"Thank you, Tigerheart." Mistywing mewed, beaming thankfully at her mate. She stopped chewing and quickly swallowed as her kits started stirring, awake from their naps. She gave them a few brisk licks on the head out of motherly love.

Mosspaw nodded as she followed feather paws every movement, her ears perking up as they came closer and closer to the noise.

Snowfeather took a paw step back, startled "I'm not a clan cat" she meowed gently, trying to earn the kits trust "I used to be but not now I had a mate but he died..." She meowed holding back her tears.

Togerheart purred watching his daughters with curiosity, nuzzling Ripplekit and Featherkit.

(Guys I got a pm from a person who wants use to be neighbouring clans with them, should we? I wanted to get a few suggestions)
