Rednose nodded thoughtfully, glancing back at the stoat. But he chuffed as Shademoss spoke again, though his ears swiveled back a little as the tom padded away to his den. He hoped he hadn't offended him and he glanced back at the others before following after him. "What's up?" he asked somewhat cautiously.

Duckstar flicked an ear.
"We can only hope. ...You can't force these things. But maybe we can speed it up," she mewed in a tone that sounded she was only half-kidding. She caught Leopardheart's yawn and watched the nursery.

Shademoss

He was looking up at Rednose. He couldn't get over how handsome the tom was but then looked down. "I was wondering if you had gotten any warnings and stuff from Starclan? I know I'm the medicine cat but I want to ask amaz- warriors too." He corrects himself feeling his pelt heat up in embarrassment. He begins using his tail to sweep herb fragments into a pile.

[Totty]

Leopardheart looked around the den. She yawned again and meowed, "I need to take a power nap.". The deputy laid flat on her belly and laid her head on her paws.

Smokepaw continued to groom. ( Smokepaw is open )

Rednose seated himself in the den, looking about at the herbs. His nose was wrinkled against the strong scent of herbs.
"Dreams? ...Nah. no dreams. What, no ancestors sharing anything with you? Maybe it's due to your... uhm... very strong scent?" He cleared his throat, but it was good-natured. He glanced outside to camp before returning his attention back to Shademoss. "I think Duckstar's nervous. Has she told you why?"

Duckstar nodded.
"Maybe we could all use one. At least while the apprentices train."

[*LunaPuppy*]

Shademoss

He shakes his head. "I don't know. She has not told me but I hope she will I don't want her to have something troubling her." He says. "I'm sorry, would you like me to sweeten them all with honeycomb?" He asks with a laugh. "Maybe I could but some on my own pelt to get rid of the 'nasty smell'."

[Nebelung]

He chortled, but quickly made to explain himself.
"Oh, it's not... a bad smell. Just the right amount of it and it actually smells quite nice." His ears began to grow as red as his pelt and he looked away, clearing his throat. "Er... Well, is there anything else I can help you with? If it's gathering herbs, maybe.I should take Rosepaw with us?"

Leopardheart nodded slowly with a smile before falling asleep. She dreamed about Rednose and her running through a field. The she-cat's paws twitched in her slumber.

Shademoss

He nods. "That would be great. We need Juniper, Yarrow and Dock the most right now. I can show you where it grows if you like. He walks from the den his pelt accidently brushing Rednose's as he went. He felt stupid but hoped Rednlse wouldn't notice. He had to speak with Duckstar. He walks over to the leader. "Duckstar, sorry to interrupt but I have a very important matter to talk to you about." He meows.

[Nebelung]

Rednose rose and followed, flicking his tail.
"Right... Hopefully Rosepaw will have better luck remembering those names." He grinned sheepishly, though it faltered slightly when he felt their pelts brush. He inched away slightly, merely thinking he was in the tom's way, and trotted out, looking about for his apprentice. "Rosepaw, we have an errand to run!"

Duckstar's head snapped up and turned towards Shademoss' direction. She stood, ears swiveled forward.
"Don't worry about apologizing. What is it?" She lowered her voice, glancing towards the other warriors about camp and Leopardheart. "Would you prefer we speak in private?"

[Nebelung]

He lowered his gaze to his apprentice and he greeted her quietly with a dip of his head.
"Shademoss is looking for some herbs. Ah..." He looked to the side to try and remember the names of them clearly, already beginning to have forgotten them. "I believe juniper, dock, and..." He grimaced, thinking way harder than he should. He eventually grunted and looked over towards Shademoss. "What was the third herb you needed?" he yowled after him.
