Emberpaw

Emberpaw was chatting casually with his sister, Dreampaw, when he spotted Whitepaw. He waved his tail at her and scurried over to her. "So, um, hey, Whitepaw." he stiffened as he heard his awkward conversation starter.

She rolled her eyes and purred as she watched her brother shyly approach his crush. He was usually so energetic and bold! She yawned and laid down on a smooth rock. She dozed off, faintly hearing Emberpaw stumble over his words.

Whitepaw hummed to herself "hmm?" as she heard someone greeting her. Looking up, her eyes sparked happily after finding who the owner of the voice was. She stood up on her paws and walked a few paces away from her brother, looking at Emberpaw expecting him to follow. Then she sat and nodded half to herself, "hi Emberpaw, how are you?" she asked, tilting her head curiously.

Rauntpaw
over their heads, the tree branches shook as the bird flew away, Robinpaw hissed and anger, now it was Rauntpaw's turn to laugh. The older brother growled in annoyance, taking a swift intake of his surroundings, Robinpaw leaped the gap between his current branch to one to the side, chasing after the bird. Shaking his head, Rauntpaw turned and made his way back to the camp. As he entered he spotted his denmates already walking around the camp grounds.

"Oh, well, er...fine," he replied with his heart beating furiously. "You?" Emberpaw asked, his ember colored eyes shining with pleasure as he talked to her. He puffed out his chest a little and tried to act more like a warrior. Maybe that would impress her...

Bluerose yawned as she awoke then hurried to start looking over her herbs. She picked out some old leaves from the breech pill. She sniffed the horsetail and soon found that one stalk had gone bad. She picked it out put it with the breech leaf. The rest of the herbs were fine. She carried the two out then put them outside and return to her den to wait for Juniperpaw.

Leafdapple yawned as she awoke beside her sister, Ashwind. She pawed her sister in the ear and her sister quickly jumped awake. "Not funny, Leafdapple", she said then cuffed her sister's ear playfully. Ashwind and Leafdapple walked over to the fresh-kill pile and shared a small but plump mouse, they wanted to leave some of the best prey for the queens. Ashwind and Lefdapple then went to see if Fireleaf or Thorntail were awake and went in to see that their nest where empty.

Fireleaf smiled as he ran across the land with Thorntail, they were looking for a good hunting spot ad finally found a log that was rotting but had a strong scent of vole. Thorntail crouched on one opening then Fireleaf walking into the log loudly and scared the fresh-kill towards Thorntail. He quickly unsheathed his claws and killed the vole. "Nice catch", Fireleaf said to Thorntail as he buried the vole for later.

Dewpaw sighed and looked around camp bored. There was nothing daring to do here, in fact their was nothing at all to do here, she just hoped that someone she could talk to would come over to talk.

Whitepaw nodded at the tom's response, her eyes holding a friendly gaze. "I'm fine too, pretty good actually" she replied with a small nod of her head. She watched the apprentice, rather confused as he started to act rather strangely. He seemed really nervous and was puffing out his chest, but she decided not to mention it.
