Echoepaw blinked and looked up at him, her soft fur slightly ruffled. "You're... You're not?" She asked, gazing up at him hopefully. "I never wanted you to get in trouble. I just wanted to see what you were doing."

He shook his head trying to hide his crush on the she cat. "I didnt realize it was you... did I hurt you?" The usually snarly Tom was being gentle.

Echoepaw nosed her fur before looking back up. "Not at all. I was just startled. You're awesome at stalking and pouncing!" She admired, a little awe in her mew.

He licked her between the ears. "Thanks echoepaw. You were really sneaky."

Echoepaw purred at his friendly gesture. I knew he was more than a spiky ball of fur! She triumphed in her thoughts. She settled back into her nest, her eyes starting to close. "I can't wait for tomorrow." She murmured.

Hazelwing

Both Hazelwing and Oakshade arrived at camp. She rubbed against his shoulder and entered the nursery. Laying by her sleeping kits she feel asleep and waited for the morning

He layed down near her. "You should rest." He said softly

Echoepaw fought to keep her eyes open. "Okay." She agreed, then she rested her head gently on his flank. "You should, too." The she-cat yawned before closed her eyes.

He groomed her gently before falling asleep his head on her flank
