Silentkit awoke and slowly opened her eyes. Instead of being greeted with the soothing darkness of the nursery, she was harshly met with brightness. "Eep!" She squealed, squirming deperately in an attempt to run. Her fur was spiked oddly despite her mothers groomig and she seemed fretful.

"Well, I was trained by the Old Oak, one of the oldest and wisest trees in the forest. I would like SilentKit to be trained there as well." She meowed with a gentle smile. Quickly, as soon as SilentKit woke up, she placed the kit on by her paws, still close enough if she were to run."Shh... It´s alright SilentKit, mama´s here." She meowed in a reassuring tone and sweetly nudged her young kit.

The tom had noticed HawkTalon moving away with RoseWing and SilentKit. He quickly followed, interested to see how the training would go. He had told ShadowFur to stay in Camp tough. Now, he was following the three cats, up from the trees of course, where he was practically insible behind the leaf shadows. Even his scent was bearly noticible.

Alright then, the warrior said with a smile. Picking up the mossball in his mouth, he continued on his merry way until he smelled a squirrel. Dropping the moss ball, he quickly accelerated without hesitation, snatching the squirrel up. I like greenleaf. Nice weather, and plenty of prey. Okay, so I'm going to evaluate her first. Then I'm going to bring the report to Blackstar, and tell him what I'm going to do, Hawktalon mewed. Knowing that he didn't have to, but he wanted to impress the leader. Hearing Silentkit's mewl though, he nudged her softly. It's okay Silentkit, we're just going to play a game. Relax, he said softly, his teal eyes focused on the trail ahead.

Upon arriving, he stretched. First I want her to get familiar with the area so no scents bother her. Then we begin.

"I don't like it! You said I wouldn't have to leave the nursery until I was six moons!" The kit whispered, absolutely terrified. She began shivering, despite her long fur from being a ragdoll cat. Her blue eyes told it was the truth - they were large and showing her fear and confusion for when she had fell asleep she was in the nursery whereas now she was in the middle of the forest.

"Maybe this wasn´t a good idea..." RoseWing began to worry as she softly nudged her kits cheek. She could see the fear in SilentKits eyes and movement."SilentKit, will you try this only once and then say what you think?" She offerd softly.

She needs to begin her training now, Rosewing. It's been long enough, his tone was firm, but also soft. Padding over, Hawktalon gazed at the little terrified kit. I'm sorry Silentkit. But we aren't going back. Please try. We aren't doing anything terrible, and we'll only be out here for about ten minutes. Promise. the jokster's tone was unusually soft.

Rolling the mossball back and forth over his pawpad, he began to speak softly. I started training when I was your age. Look at me now, he said with a smile at the innocent kit. I mean you no harm, Silentkit. Please give me a chance.

Why not? It's for the betterment of the clan, the eldest of the senior warrior's mewed, flicking his tail and turning to Fallowpaw. He won't mind. In fact, he'll be grateful since you get some experience and he gets rest. the pearl tom chuckled, turning to Littlestep. You ready? he said, his mew traced with remnants of worry. Obviously, something was bothering him. That prophecy had better come soon. Blackstar's already becoming suspicious of my actions, and I haven't slipped yet.

Silentkit shuddered as her mothers muzzle touched her cheek. Everything seemed to startle her, her ears constantly flattened, eyes constantly like orbs. Her tail flickered nervously as she glanced round her surroundings. "I...I...I...I'll... Try..." She stuttered in reply, her claws flexing for no reason apart from her pure fear. She saw the smile from the warrior and shuddered, unnerved by his kindness.

The queen sighed in worry. Kits were never ment to be trained at such a young age. Even if HawkTalon was, that doesn´t mean that a Clan cat has to be. As SilentKit agreed, she lighlty nudged the kits ear."Alright, come along then." She meowed softly and began moving towards the Old Oak.

Thank you. Relief flodded him, but he couldn't help but notice her shudder. What was he doing wrong? blinking his teal eyes, he motioned around about a ten meter radius with his bushy tail. Go ahead and explore. This will be your second home for about 17 moons. Glancing at Rosewing, he sighed softly. Any questions you wanna ask, now's the time. he stated, padding alongside the queen, keeping his tone low.
