Hawktalon's teal eyes lit with joy that couldn't be put into words. Yes! Shade would be sooo happy if he could see me now! Barely holding his tongue, he listened to the rest of Blackstar's speech. Sleep in the den?! I don't have to hunt if I don't want to?! Paradise! Grinning from ear to ear, he jumped to his paws. Thanks so much Blackstar, Shadowfur, he mewed excitedly. I won't let you two down. I'll be back soon, just want to check something.

Admittedly, he was starving. When the meeting had initially been called, he thought that it was for hunting patrols. Since you were supposed to deposit before you took. But now, he could eat. Turning, he padded out of the den, his pawsteps eager and his eyes moreso. Wow, this is amazing. And they think Blackstar's evil?

Climbing down the rock, he headed for the prey pile, picking up a plump mouse. Considering taking it back to the leader's den, he turned, only to spot Rabbitfur pricking at his nest. Hey Rabbitfur, what's up? Bad case 'o fleas? he said, then chuckled at his own horrible joke. Padding over, the young warrior flashed him the widest grin ever. Guess what? I'm at senior title now, just like you guys 'cept younger, he said with apprentice-like excitement, flopping next to Rabbitfur and chowing down on his mouse. Maybe I'll even an apprentice soon! Yeah... I'll talk to Blackstar about that, but I need to think. For now.

There´s a recap on the discussion thread, but a more updated version would be that it´s slowly reaching SunDown, BlackStar said that the elders must become useful or else... HawkTalon joined BlackStars side, and is now considerd senior warrior.}

As SunDown was soon approaching, the leader stretched his tired joints."ShadowFur, guard my den while I sleep, and don´t let anyone in unless its important." He meowed to the senior warrior before curling up in the soft moss luxury. He suddenly opened his eyes as BlueFeather enterd."A little bit. I´ll be able to talk again tomorrow morning." He meowed as he sat up."Hopefully you won´t mind." He added in a polite tone.

The tom respectfully nodded."As you wish." He meowed when his attention turned to BlueFeather. He silently watched the two cats speak, waiting for the she-cat to leave before he could go off to his work.

(( Sorry for late reply - was still at school then my brother was being annoying and stopping me from posting.))

Silentkit's fur prickled as she glanced round, seeing cats of many ages padding by. She heard mentions of her going on a patrol. The kit shuddered - even she knew she was far too young to even go out of camp - and she'd not even sank her teeth into her first mouse or vole or any other animal from the fresh kill pile to eat it.

Tiredly, the queen forced herself out of the nursery den to check on SilentKit."SilentKit!" She called for her young kit.

Bluefeather smiled and shook her head "I don't mind. Goodnight Blackstar." she dipped her head and started walking out.

Silentkit's ear perked then flattened. She was a little unsure on what had been going on lately - the elders seemed disturbed and Rosewing was being more overprotective than usual.

Curious, he watched intently as Blackstar and Shadowfur led Hawktalon into Blackstar's den. When they disappeared, Oakfrost's ears pricked, hoping to listen in to their conversation. He didn't catch many words however, only something about 'senior warriors' and Hawktalon speaking very enthusiastically. Oakfrost sighed, standing up. It would probably be a good idea to talk to Snowfire again. Maybe he could make some sense of it all. The Medicine Cat stalked silently back to his den and lay down there, scanning the camp to see if Snowfire was around.

"Thank you." BlackStar meowed and lied back down. He stretched out his paws and placed his head over them, preparing for a long sleep.

Once BlueFeather exited the den, ShadowFur moved out of the den as well. He sat himself down by the leaders den entrance and began guard over the den.

RoseWing finally spotted her kit. Quickly, she moved over to SilentKit."SilentKit, come now, you shouldn´t be out here all alone." She meowed and softly nudged the kits cheek towards the nursery.

HoneyKit
HoneyKit squealed loudly in the den after her mothers wamrth dissapeard. Her paws waved furiously in the air until hitting her brothers forhead.
