She shook her head, unsure. "I'm sorry, little one." she said with a sigh. "For the moment, I do not know what StarClan is thinking. Hopefully they will give us a sign soon, you should ask Oakfrost if you get a chance."

"Okay... Maybe tomorrow." She mewled, stifling a yawn. Her fur along her spine prickled at this and she rested her head on her paws gently, blue eyes still open.

Fallowpaw looked up as Longtail approached. She climbed off the hare, beaming up at Longtail, but her smile faltered as he mentioned going back to camp. She looked down at the hare and nodded, kneeling down to pick it up to follow after Longtail.

Oceanpaw watched rabbitfur place the rabbit on the fresh kill pile and when back for the other. She followed him with her ears pinned forward Slightly, "did you hear blackstar's new rules?" She asked him flicking her tail.

Rabbitfur picked up the prey he'd dropped, turning slightly to look down at Oceanpaw.
"No, I didn't," he muffled through the prey and carried it towards the freshkill pile. He placed it down, then sat and looked at his apprentice expectantly. "Educate me."

Oceanpaw nodded, "well blackstar made his new rules and one of then is to make elders hunt for themselves. " she mew, "and He is also making kits apprentices at only 3 moons so I'm kind of worried about Both kits and elders." She mew Nervously.

Rabbitfur's expression didn't appear to change at all at this news. He simply flicked an ear and glanced towards Blackstar's den. He must have his reasons... He blinked down at Oceanpaw.
"...Thank you for telling me this." His yellow-green gaze wandered towards the elders den, a sharp pain aching in his throat. He swallowed before turning back towards the camp entrance, not looking back at Oceanpaw. "I'm going to the old oak. If you wish to train, I expect you to follow me." He stopped suddenly, still not looking back at his apprentice. "Or, you can stay behind in camp." Then he continued outside the entrance.

Oceanpaw flicked her ear and stood up quickly, "I'm going." she mew quietly and followed behind rabbitfur. Oceanpaw wasn't Sure about blackstars new rules herself and she wasn't planing to follow them.

As they walked, Rabbitfur remained very silent, as usual. And he flicked his ears thoughtfully, as usual. Nothing really appeared to change about him. he held the same expression for the majority if the day, and if permitted, would go an entire day without saying anything. He didn't change his pace until they reached the old oak, in which he paused, gaze flicking towards Shadowfur and his apprentice.
"We best not disturb them," he muttered quietly, turning and leading his apprentice to a separate side, giving both mentors and apprentices their privacy in a distraction-free environment. Rabbitfur seated himself on a root, watching his apprentice through half-lidded eyes. "Show me what you know."
