She walked to an area with a small creek and began to search for herbs. She found a patch of gold-yellow flowers of marigold, some tansy and sprigs of horsetail. Can you tell me which herbs those are?" she inquired as she pointed each out individually She found a some patch of a bush with purple flowers identifing it as mallow and pick some. After you tell what they are, can you tell me what they are used for?" she asked politely and began taking some seeds out of a poppy flower careful not to swallow them. She wrapped them inside of a bundle of dock leaves and headed back to cream paw to await her answer and to see if she could find any more herbs.

Foxfeather looked over at him, a simply expression showing in her eyes but nothing showing on her face. She understood that he was using sarcasm, she just didn't see how it was funny. Plenty of cats were rather quiet, however she didn't have the same reason as the other cats. Most cats that were quiet were very shy, while she on the other hand was just quiet because she didn't act or respond to things quite normally.

Smokesong nodded, if she could smile she would've been, a friendly gaze in her eyes. As he asked her, she looked up at the sky. She had always been good at telling the weather and what it would be. Then she turned her eyes back to the tom, nodding simply and replying with "yes, it will be". He narrowed his eyes glumly and padded back out to the fresh kill pile and picked out a squirrel before padding over to Swiftpaw who was sitting over by a tree. "Hey ya Swift," he chimed, pulling his eyes away from his distant family and forcing them on his meal, "You look like you could use some company, eh?"

After pawing at the gray apprentice's tail enough she moved onto Mudpaw's, swiping at it every now and again.

With a look of disgust, he padded up to the tom and had to focus on keeping his tail from twitching slightly. He was quiet until he stooped right in front, "So it seems you have decided to abandone the soft life of a kittypet afterwards. What made you change your mind so suddenly?"

The very thought that hher brother let it go this far made her whiskers twitch in annoyance but she wouldn't bring it up just yet. And what's worse, he was apparently letting that foul kittypet join the clan after all. It's not like they needed more cats to feed in such a small territory. What was he planning? Redthorn paused when he caught the scent of a mouse, somewhere ahead and he raised his tail to alert the she-cat of it's precese as well. Dropping into the hunter's crouch, he listened until he spotted it just a little ways away. Silent as a breeze, he slunk towards the creature and could almost feel its beating heart in his mouth. With a single bound he felt the prey go limp in his paws and carried it forward in his mouth to bury until it was further needed. He watched Foxfeather for a moment, trying to think of words or anything to say but like always he found nothing. This was definitely difficult.

Silverpaw held up a paw to stop him and tell him that she was only joking but he ran off anyway, much to her amusement. What an odd tom, she thought twitching her whiskers curiously. When he returned with a rabbit in his mouth and dropped it at their feet, she couldn't help but chuckle. "Well, well, you certainly are swift," she inspected the prey and nodded, "It's pretty good catch. Are you sure you aren't from wheatclan?" A nagging thought pulled at the back of her mind, telling her that he shouldn't be here and she shouldn't be letting him stay but she had never understood clan borders. It's not like she was born into the clan and she remembered when she was still in the twoleg nest as a kit before she was taken into the clans.
