Remember to follow your mentor's instructions to the best of your ability. After your apprentice ceremony, I myself will teach you the basics about our lifestyle. Your ceremony will happen tomorrow at sunhigh, to give you a chance to rest and meet the Clan."

Birchclaw looked in surprise at his apprentice. "Come," he said, flicking his tail. He walked towards the edge of camp, slightly disturbed. The clans had good reason to dislike kittypets. As a rule, most were soft and weak. The ones that could make it so far into Clan territory and live were stronger and braver than most. The warrior shook his head to clear his thoughts, and he made his way towards the borders with his apprentice.

Magpiestep sat right beside the exit of the camp, his gaze affixed on Cherryfang and Hollyheart, who was playing with Rainkit. He couldn't help but smile at the two she-cat's one of which he had a crush on. This is why I like her, He thought, She's so kind and friendly.

Tawnystripe padded over to her brother with a smile on her face, that was usual for her, always happy and grinning. Magpiestep was also smiling, his vision seeming to be focused on the two warriors playing with Rainkit, most of his gaze focusing on Cherryfang. The she-cat couldn't help but show a grin on her muzzle, her brother's head turning to look at her. "You're staring again." She mewed quietly. "Am not!" He meowed back, his face growing warm with embarrassment. "I was just, err, watching them play with Rainkit. Not, um, her only." "Mhm, sure." Tawnystripe mewed back. "I'm not going to sit here and let you embarrass me even further, I'm going hunting." Magpiestep mewed, glaring slightly at his sister. The she-cat watched with a grin as Magpiestep stood up and quickly darted out of camp. I have embarrassed him. Mission complete.

Stonepaw bounded into camp just as Magpiestep rushed out of it. He glanced back at Magpiestep for a second before turning back and padding towards the fresh-kill pile to drop off the two squirrels he had caught.

Spottedkit rolled around in the nursery, extremely bored. She now rarely left the nursery after talking with Pikepelt, and she didn't want to ignore her advice, but it gets so boring staying in the nursery sometimes. She just wanted to be able to run around and play like any other kit, but she didn't want to disturb the queens.

The ginger tabby leader walked out of the medicine cats' den, blinking in the light of the warm, green-leaf day. The leaves that had started to grow were now making space for flowers. Gingerstar looked around and saw Magpiestep, clearly embarressed. Tawnystripe had just left camp, hopefully to go hunting. She could hear a commotion coming from inside the nursery, and saw Hollyheart, Cherryfang, and Rainkit playing. "Now lets drive this fox out!" Rainkit could be heard saying. Gingerstar repressed a chuckle. She then noticed Spottedkit, rolling around. The kit was clearly bored. "Hello Spottedkit," the leader said. "What are you doing?"

Willowkit opened her sightless eyes and sniffed around. She was looking for the den exit. "Uhhhh which way do I go?" she asked herself while walking in the direction that smelled of lots of cats. When the she thought she had reached the den exit she went to step out and smelt the open air of the camp. "Wow..."

He walked out of the den trying to find Maplepaw. I haven't seen her in forever... he thought sighing as he wandered around his soon to be home.

The warrior had woken up late so he rushed out of his den and looked for his apprentice, Brownpaw. "Brownpaw?! Where are you?" he asked peeking his head into the apprentice den. Nope not in her nest... he thought. She had better not been captured again.. he thought to himself sighing.
