Rosefall swallowed the poppy seeds and felt some of the pain fade away, as she drifted off to sleep.

Thornclaw smiled and flicked his tail, looking at Fallenpaw with a smile.

It was a lovely afternoon, with the sun bright in the pale blue sky. She glanced around, meeting eyes briefly with Thornclaw and smiling back.

Thornclaw smiled and lay on his back, looking up at the blue sky.

Hisspaw huddled close to Whisperpaw and closed his eyes.

Rosefall tried calling to Mossfoot again, this time a faint mewl came from her mouth.

She lay on her belly, closing her eyes and resting her chin on her paws. The sunlight warmed her fur as she slowly began to doze off.
