RiverWing snapped at her. "That's the point!"

Kasaja felt scared, then watched as two lions dragged Maplestar out of the den.

Windclaw narrowed her eyes. "That is the crime in question." she said. "Any cat who deliberately harms an innocent mountain lion is an enemy." she added.

Riftstar
The white tomcat narrowed his eyes. "I should be the one determining her punishment, as I am the leader of StoneClan. So if you decide to punish her, it is my sentence that will be put into action."

[<Terminal March>]

Windclaw narrowed her eyes. "This is not of your concern." she snapped.

"Wait." Kasaja said. "Yes it is... Let Riftstar handle this for now." she added.

A growl rumbled in his throat. "It actually is my concern. She was the one who turned on the cats in my Clan."

Windclaw huffed. "Fine... but if I find that your choice of punishment is not harsh enough, I will take the law into my own paws."

He smirked. "Don't worry, I bet you'll find my punishment perfectly harsh."

Windclaw nodded slowly and sat up at a ledge above the camp.

He leapt across the gorge, landing on the outcropping cliff near Windclaw. "We can determine her punishment at moonhigh," he mewed, his snowy pelt glimmering in the late afternoon sunlight.
