jack yawned, stretching and swiping his tongue over his muzzle as the morning sun shone through the slightly misted window of his housefolk's nest. taking one final look at jay, his friend, he shook his head and jumped onto the window ledge, tasting the mouthwatering scent of early spring animals from outside. sticking his head under the window, he pushed it up, jumping out and into the garden.

jay stirred slightly, opening his eyes just in time to see jack pushing the window open. huffing slightly at the thought that his friend would leave him alone here, the tom cat stood up and shook out his tabby fur, blinking a couple of times in the sun. padding over to his bowl of food, he leaned down and took a few bites before following after jack in hot pursuit.

swallow blinked in discomfort as the light almost blinded her vision. she had slept the night before in a oak tree hollow, and quickly found herself regretting her decision as an ache echoed through her hind leg. grimacing, the she cat stretched before exiting the den and scenting the air. no sight or smell of a predator. she was in the clear. flattening her ears, she stood upright as she smelt the mouse near her.

With a small yawn, Delta stretched his body as the sun shone down on his black pelt from the cracks of the abandoned shed. He sniffed and shook his head, pushing the partially closed door outward so that he could leave. Once he had left his current home,meh broke into a run and took off to find adventure. Just another day to change his journey.

[personality] Dew(Paw/Pool) is a kind and caring soul. She hates to unsheathe her claws and is never willing to fight. She prefers to stay calm and gentle. Her house folk had separated her from her mother when she was young. So she has no memory of her kin whatsoever. Sometimes, she yearns for a family, but the warmth of her house folk helps her forget. When she is around other kitty pets, she can be playful and hyper (she is only 4 moons old!) and loves to mess around. Her mood vary as she gets a lot of mood swings. One minute she is laughing, the next she is crying.
[history] Dew was found by some two legs in a forest. The two legs were hiking and found three kittens, one cold dead, and the other two wailing for food. At first, they wanted to take both and take care of them, however, they realized it would be a bother, so they only brought the silver kitten home and named her Dew.

Dew's real name was supposed to be Moon, however, when her house folk found her, they renamed her 'Dew' and she has used that name ever since. Her mother was a rouge and her father was a loner, though, she has no memory of them. When she arrived at her new home, at first, she only stayed in a corner, however, a few days later, she started playing around and 'adventuring' next door to the other kitty pets. She enjoys her life and has adjusted to the kitty pet food (she still remembers the taste of her mother's milk) but she sometimes wonders what outside life would be like.

[personality] Bramble(Claw) is a mysterious and silent cat. He is extremely stealthy and is independent and never stops himself from saving a cat, even if they have done wrong to him (<--- that doesn't mean he likes you, he still hates you o3o). However, once you get to know him, he is fun, affectionate, and gentle. When Dew and Echo were born, he took great care of them even though he disapproved of his father's love.
[history] Bramble was depressed and sad ever since his mother died. He never showed it in front of his father though, and learnt many valuable survival techniques from his father. After his father met another she cat, he didn't approve of their love and turned his back on his father. A few moons later, he found out they had kits, and decided to live independently. At first, he didn't show much affection towards the she cat, Dew and Echo, but as time went on, he visited them more frequently and started loving them. However, he still wants to be left alone and wants to survive independently. Secretly, he sometimes think about joining can life, but always ends up forgetting about it.
(Right now, he doesn't know where Dew is, but is taking care of Echo)

[personality] Echo(Paw/Song) is mostly seen with his mouth shut. This is because he is scared that cats might think he is weird, and doesn't talk much with the other cats. Though a little cat told me (duh, Bramble) that Echo is actually foolish and idiotic when he is really close with a cat. Even though he is quiet, he will still flash a smile for you (if you ask) and will do everything his brother says. He is one of the most determined and hard working cats.
[history] Echo was first named Tiger, however, after finding out that he was deaf, his mother decided to name him Echo.
He basically had the same history as DewPaw, except he wasn't taken in by the two legs, and since he was born deaf, his father helped him a lot when he was a kit. He misses his father dearly.

Dew
Dew padded out into the front yard, smiling with pride. She had just received something special, and she was eager to tell all the kitty pets in town. Her head held high, she let her newly received collar shine in the sunlight. Finally, she got something that all the other kitty pets had. Most of them anyway. Sighing a little, she started scratching her blue collar, it was starting to get annoying and itchy. Rolling her eyes, she plumped down on the neatly trimmed grass and glanced at the monsters growling about. She counted each one that passed by and began to forget her numbers.

Echo
Echo woke up, the sun shining into his eyes. He glared at the orange circle and grunted, padding over to where his half brother was sleeping. He was only five moons old, and he was slowly learning survival tips from Bramble. He poked Bramble in the stomach and waited patiently for him to wake up.

Bramble
Rolling over to his back, Bramble abruptly woke up, surprised by a prod in his stomach. it took him a few seconds to realize it was his little brother, Echo. Sighing, he noticed Echo pointing to his mouth. Nodding, he slowly got up to his legs and flicked his tail to indicate Echo to come over. When he first found Echo, he wasn't used to not talking, and found it quite difficult to communicate with someone deaf. After a while, he got used to it, and started indicating things with signs. Shaking his head, he snapped out of his thoughts when he stopped dead in his tracks. He glanced behind and gave Echo a look that made Echo squirm and stay quiet. Crouching down low, Bramble silently moved towards the scent, mouse... smiling, he grinned as his muscles tensed, when he leapt, and pounced on the mouse, giving it a swift bite. Padding over to Echo, he nudged it towards him and left it for Echo to eat. He wasn't that hungry anyway.

jack raced down the fence of his garden, flying past different twoleg nests until he spotted a small, somewhat familiar she cat. twitching an ear to jay, he padded over, still keeping a respectable distance from dew, in case they didn't get on well. "Did you get that collar today?"

Recoiling at the sight of the growlers, Delta had to change course. When he saw Twoleg homes he shook his head. "Another bunch of dens...can't I get away from you" he sighed, but mentally started to look for signs of food. If he knew Twolegs dens...there would be the odd bird or rat around feasting on their sections of flowers. He walked up to the nearest fence, sniffing.

Shadow stretched out, taking up most of the twoleg's couch. "Arrgbsjhdbyd..." He said as he got up and leapt onto the window seal, where are that laid in front of him was a thin layer of string. He clawed at the thin string and jumped out through the hole he just made. He shook out his fur when he landed on the grass, then ran for the land with trees, then heard two other cats jibber jabbering. "What are they talking about?" He asked before he trotted over to them.

Grace padded through the woods to grab something to chow down when she spotted a field mouse. She crouched down, ready to pounce. Then she just grabbed the mouse carefully by the tail, "Well aren't you a small meal for a cat like me." She mumbled, then bit the mouse's body, killing it. She started tearing at the mouse, and soon finished it.
