"I uh.." Came the warrior's reply. He had, in fact been told to run. But how? How could he just abandon his clan and run away? "Raccoonstar!" Swiftwind called as he approached the leader. "I have some... interesting... information to share with you." he meowed.

The warrior weaved a bit more in the nursery before stopping at the fresh-kill pile. After picking out a small bird, he looked up to see cloudwhisper. "Hello!" he smiled, strangley optomistic. "How goes your day? i hear the clans are in for a rough time, but thats why we're preparing ourselves!" the tom mewed cheerfully.

Mistypaw followed behind, very nervous as cats began to look at her funny with her wings and long legs.

Cloudwhisper dipped his head to the approaching warrior. "My day is fine!" he said. Save for the fact Mistypaw is gone... "I'm sure we'll pull through with enough time and preprations. How is your day?" he said, politely. He put one final peice of fresh-kill that he had caught on the pile and settled down with a small mouse.

Sunpaw was still distractedly weaving brambles into the defenses, but she was paying enough attention not to poke herself again. Every now and then she looked to see if it was strong enough. If it was, she moved on. If not, she kept going. It gave her something to do, but she still couldn't help think about Mistypaw.

"My day has gone pretty well!" the tom meowed happily as he sat down and began to pluck at the bird. Becoming more serious, he added, "I heard Mistypaw left. Gee, i just hope both her and the clan pull through. I wonder what she's doing..." Skystreak trailed off.

Can he read my mind? "Yeah, she did. I believe that StarClan told her to through a dream. I hope she's OK." Cloudwhisper said, sadly shaking his head. He took a small, neat bite of the mouse in front of him. "It must be hard for the apprentices close to her." he continued.

"A dream from Starclan?" Skystreak questioned. Wow, an apprentice got a dream from starclan...? he thought to himself. "I'd bet.." he replied. The apprentices were all friends, and for one of them to just leave had to have been hard on them. The warrior took a bite of the bird at his paws before meowing, "I'm sure Starclan will watch over her."

Sunpaw kept working on the wall, so distracted that she didn't realize what time it was. Instead, she just kept adding to the defenses.
