Gingerpaw started to get up off the ground but fell instantly as shooting pain went through her leg yet again and she wined in pain

Adderfang purred and pressed his muzzle into hers. "Beautiful." he murmured, gently guiding the kits towards their mothers belly.

Rayne purred fiercely and took a small glance at her brother, mouthing a "thank you" and covering her kits with her large, fluffy tail. Birchkit yawned loudly that it shook her pelt and she curled up in the curve of her mother's tail, sighing and closing her eyes sleepily.
