Twilight Sparkle- Mayor truthfully has a slight, albeit hidden, dislike of her, especialy after ee ascension into princesshood. Her overwhelming success causes her to be insecure, which she blames the princess for.
Trixie- She could not hate this pony more. Literally.
General rep- Mayor Mare has just the same level of popularity as you might expect - which is to say quite a bit. She makes healthy relationships with ponies as much as she can, and quite enjoys the company of most Ponyville citizens.

Overall:

A brilliant mare with a surprising amount of charisma is Mayor Mare - though that is, naturally, merely her title, her real name would technically be Blue Ribbon. For she was the daughter of two models, who wished for their child to be equally beautiful to them. She is seldom referred to as this, however, for she prefers her current title.

Mayor Mare is sensitive about her age; while she dyes her mane due to her natural colour - bright pink - looking terrible against her coat, she does not tolerate ponies calling her old. She cares much for her reputation, due to knowledge that her job depends mostly on it, and tries to be 'cool' by most's standards.

Despite this, she is often too buried in paperwork to be able to make a name out of herself. Ponyville has, after all, been nearly destroyed multiple times, and someone has to fix it. Mayor is rather business-oriented and can seem to be placing pressure on a pony, but it is not purposeful. Confident and kind, she is truly a great choice of a leader.

Vinyl Scratch- SS is a fan of her work. If she finds a record she doesn't have that was made by Vinyl, chances are she'll buy it.
Rarity- Quite honestly her favourite designer, Sapphire adores Rarity just as much as Rarity adores her.

Overall:

Sapphire's known all over the country as the most famous singer to hit Equestria, a title she firmly believes that she deserves. She isn't arrogant, or at the very least tries not to be, but she can't help it sometimes. Thousands of ponies cheering one's name can do that to you. She has had some backlash - mainly due to her 'ridiculous' getup - but she ignores it.

As her name implies, Shores's cutie mark is simply a single seashell with an eighth note over it, representing how she can use just about anything including a shell as an instrument, and how she connects the ocean to some of her works. She is cheerful, with a pleasant demeanour that has won over many ponies before.

Sapphire is fashion-forward (as her outfit may imply), having an eye for shiny, flashy clothes. Her 'lucky animal' is the dolphin; in her dreams, she often swims with them. Due to spending much time in her business, she has become rather savvy in what she does.
