Olivepaw woke up late accidentally, and with wide eyes sprinted out of the apprentice's den and wandered around the clan hoping no one noticed she had slept in late she then felt a pain in her stomach from hunger and thought 'I wander if the hunt pile was re-filled this morning.' and pranced over to the kill.

Willowsplash kicked some old berries and dried leaves out of the den, then took some mouse bile out, for Twigstep.

Dawntail was stretching by the time Redfur had offered her some freshkill. "Uh.. O-okay" She managed to stutter out, laying down next to Redfur with their pelts brushing against each other. Wow. He's really warm.. she thought, looking at the freshkill waiting for some unspoken 'go' for her to start eating, or at least waiting for him to start.

Redfur took a small bite out of the mouse before shyly pushing it over to her.

She hesitated for the slightest moment before leaning over and starting to eat. The freshkill was juicy and delicious. They took turns taking bites and she wondered if she should start a conversation or not. She didn't want to, but it was polite so she did. "So.." She scrambled for words. "Your fur is warm." She mentally facepawed herself at her dumb chosen words.

Redfur stuttered.

"Er, yours is, uh warmer." He stumbled.
