a vole scuttled into view Cherrybreeze stepped back.
"Spottedpaw how about you try to catch it?"
He whispered.

Spottedpaw laid his fur flat. He dropped down into a hunting crouch. He glided through the air, breaking the vole's neck as he landed.

He was impressed he didn't want to admit it so cherrybreeze turned away shortly.

Spottedpaw buried it. "Thanks. Looks like I actually listened to you, Shadowheart."

He paused and looked like he didn't hear.
Did spottedpaw dislike him? whatever cherrybreeze thought padding ahead.

He relised shadowheart and spottedpaw were'nt following him. Cherryvreeze shruged and sniffed around a tree but no prey sent lingered in the air.

Shadowheart's ears twitched. "Cherrybreeze, do you hear that?"

He twitched his eats impatiently and sniffed another nearby tree but with no luck. Cherrybreeze slumped down on ghe ground and watched intently a beetle crawl on the ground.
