Silverbrook looked up at the tom surprised. "Sure! First you obviously have to crouch down by the stream so you can see the water. Then you wait for a fish to swim by. Remember, be quite, they can sense fear!" The she cat joked. "But they really can detect you, so be quite. When you spot a fish you quickly extend your paw and hook the fish with your claw and swing it onto land. Then you can bite down on its neck to kill it." She demonstrated the whole thing with a leaf. A smirk appeard on her face. She turned and ran into the stream. She pounced in the stream, splashing the tom and soaking his fur. She giggled "Got you!"

Duskwing

She walks back into the camp and shakes out her fur. She sees the kits on the other side of the camp. "I have to tell Oakstar." She whispers. "Oakstar I have something to say." She says. She walks over to the leader and dips her head respectfully. "Im sorry for interruptiong but I think I am ready to join the warriors den again. Frozenkit doesn't need me anymore and I want a chance to feel like a full warrior again."

Oakstar turned to Duskwing, offering the she cat a kind smile. He dipped his head in understanding, "Okay, Duskwing. Feel free to move back to the warriors den any time, the other queens are capable of watching over Frozenkit if she needs it," he mewed. He glanced towards the nursery, before looking back to the she cat, "If you need help gathering some moss for a new nest in the warriors den, you can take an apprentice to help you," he mewed.

Duskwing

The she-cat smiles. "Thank you Oakstar. I will take any apprentice that is open to take at the moment." She glances around. "Could I go on patrol tomorrow?" She asks hopefully.

Frozenkit

She looks around. "Ashkit you distract Ravenclaw I will put the beetle in his nest!" She says bouncing around. She sneaks away to the warriors den. She slips into the den with the leaf bundle. She find Ravenclaw's nest. She settles beside it and unwraps the leaf on the nest. She nudges the beetle and the food off of the leaf and watches the bug burrow into the nest. That would show Ravenclaw! She turns to walk away to see the tom at the entrance of the den. She shrinks back from his intense glare. She feels claws rake her ear the one he had hurt earlier. She blinks and slips out of the den and runs over to the others. "We did it!" Spe pants feeling the pain in her ear. But it was worth it!

Blossomtail purred "of course!" She prepared the rodent for her and Whiskerheart. She ate her half and looked at him. I hope someday we will be mates. She nuzzled the tom and curled up next to him. She was tired. "Tomorrow we should take our apprentices out for training." She rolled over to look up at him "Whiskerheart, when we have kits, I... I mean if we have kits, what names do you like? I like Icekit, Fawnkit, Budkit, Flutterkit, Wavekit, Pebblekit, Lionkit, oh and I really like Daisykit and Lilackit. I could go on forever!

Oakstar nods, "Littlewing will be leading the patrol tomorrow, but you will be on it," he mewed. The tom flicked his tail as he stretched his paws, "If you'll excuse me, I'm going to visit Featherleaf," he mewed, turning and padding towards the nursery.

Ashkit nodded, watching Frozenkit pad in to the den. He looked for Ravenclaw to distract him, but could not find him. After a while, he spotted the tom making his way over, and froze. Ashkit let out a sigh of relief when the tom walked past him and in to the den. When Frozenkit emerged, he noticed her ear was scratched. "What happened to your ear?" he asked, concern lacing his voice.

Frozenkit

"Ravenclaw happened. He didn't see me put the beetle in his nest though. He hurt me but it was totally worth it!" She presses her muzzle into his shoulder fur. "Thanks Ashkit! Now lets see how he likes that!" She smiles pulling away. "I have to work in the nursery. I get my own nest now! You guys do what you want of course!" She bounds away to the nursery. She pulls her and Duskwings nest closer to the front of the den and begins taking bits of it out. She didn't need most of it and it would be nice to help her foster mother. She bundled the extra leaves and moss into a ball and pushed it away.

Tail trailing behind her, Arrow's eyes dart around shiftily as she pads back into camp. She had caught two squirrels and a mouse, but she fears it may not be enough to convince Miller that she was out hunting since early morning. Her pelt was what she hoped convincingly dirty, and the scent of squirrel was strong. Miller knew she liked squirrel, and that could be used to her advantage. She couldn't help smiling at the fact that she would be a steward soon, with no Miller to spy on her. Trotting to the centre of camp, she places down the squirrels, and the mouse and walks into the shared cave, where she sees her brother sitting beside Flame.

Whiskerheart smiles affectionately as Blossomtail talks about having kits. He'd always wanted some small bundles of fur to call his own. "I love any names for kits as long as they're ours." Nuzzling Blossomtail back, he chews down on the water vole. "Shall we take them fighting tomorrow? The apprentices that is. I think they're eager to learn, and you shall be a great teacher." he whispers to her

(They're both fairly young, so shall we have this go along as a teenage/young adult romance of sorts? They both seem to me to be the head over heels in love type)

"Birds are nothing to be afraid of. They're just silly things. Flapping their wings about and crowing." Sunwhisper replies, not patronisingly, but as more than a friend. [I'm a bit lost as to what's happening between Tinythistle and Sunwhisper now, the posts got swallowed up]

[sorry, there was a great horned owl in my backyard and we had to call fish and wildlife, they just pick it up.]

Pine watched then laughed as the water hit him. "Okay, Okay let me tried", he looked in the water and saw a large fish he lifed his paw and struck it into the air and it flew down hitting him and making him fall backwards onto the dirt. He quickly stood and killed the fish. "I did it"!

Featherleaf sat in the nursey think about the kits. "They don't need me any more", she murmured.
