Sootdust's fur bristled and she launched herself at the tom, she hissed quietly and landed on his back her claws unsheathed as she kept a tight grip on his fur lashing her tail

Lakestar
As the tomcat hurled himself over the bush, Lakestar had frozen with trepidation. She took a few pawsteps back, watching as Sootdust bounded at the rogue.

Talc
He hissed with contempt before shaking her off. Talc wasn't very large, but he was extremely strong. He had been born in a BloodClan─like group of cats, and since birth he had been taught only to kill. He then took a few nimble steps backward before head─butting her to the ground, pinning her paws and hind legs. "I was just going to chase you both off with a warning, but I suppose you'd rather it be like this," he snarled, before slashing her cheek with an unsheathed fore─paw.

Sootdust wiggled under his pin and twisted herself hissing and spitting and sometimes trying to kick his legs off of her's

Lakestar
The snow─white leader bounded forward, knocking Talc off of Sootdust and tumbling into the ferns and dirt. She wriggled and wrestled with him, claws raking her flank and slashing her face. They hissed and spat and tumbled about, trying to get up and pin one another down. Eventually, Lakestar was standing over him with a claw pressed over his throat. "I have a message for Mirror," she snarled. "Tell her cats to leave the forest; otherwise we will have to force you to. You have two sunrises." She then let the brown tabby tomcat free, as he scrambled to his paws and fled, leaving behind droplets of blood in his path.

Sootdust brushed herself against Lakestar "Lets go are you hurt? You look hurt" she meowed worriedly and licked Lakestar's wounds quietly

"I'm fine," she reassured her. "Let's just get back to camp. I'll have Blindside check them out in a little bit . . ." Her tone lightened at the mentioning of the ginger tom.

Sootdust nodded "I'll try to help too... please" she meowed brushing her tail through clutters of leaves I should have never suggested to patrol the other borders she thought trying to get her mind off of Talc and Lakestar

"Don't worry, Sootdust . . . I'm fine . . ." The leader trailed off, looking at her curiously. "But, you don't seem alright. What's the matter? Do you need your wounds checked out?"

Sootdust only now remembered about her wounds and the pain came from them, but she ignored it, she had other things to worry about. "I'm okay Lakestar, I'm just glad you're okay" she meowed pressing her nose to Lakestar's shoulder affectionately "Thank you for stepping in though, I don't know what would've happened" she meowed brushing away more leaves before she stepped on them incase any other rouges would come and attack them
