Thistleleaf followed behind Seapaw, smiling softly as they made their way back to camp. It wasn't long until they reached camp. The large tom made his way through camp entrance before waiting on the other side for his apprentice.

The pretty she-cat followed her mentor then looked at all of the herbs and berries."Do you want me to start"?She asked lightly.

Thistleleaf sat with his tail wrapped around his paws. He looked down at the herbs before turning to his apprentice, "yep. Tell me everything you know about each herb.

Seapaw took a deep breath and started to name every herb and what they were used for.

Thistleleaf sat quietly as Seapaw ran through every herb he had taught her. "Well done. Pretty soon, you'll be ready to become a full medicine cat." He smiled fondly.

[Daytime-Despair]

Silverpaw cuffed Duskpaw round the ear, causing the black tom to fall over. "You've made Seapaw mad! Be nice to Blue - I mean Bluepaw! He can be a warrior, just like we will be!" Silverpaw said.

Duskpaw scrambled to his paws and faced Silverpaw. "Well I'm sorry. I just think that we need warriors. It's just my opinion, ok?" He said before stalking off.

He sighs and nudged BluePaw lightly "come on. Let's go look at the territory" he said and began walking towards the camps entrance.

She watched TornFlame "okay!" She replied and ran after Him. She glanced back at SilverPaw and shrugged before turning her attention back to her mentor "why does that other apprentice and some others not want me to join?" She asked him.

The medicine cat apprentice smiled and dipped her head to her mentor."Thank you Thistleleaf",she purred lightly then she heard a yowl coming from the nursery.Seapaw got to her paw."Swiftlily must be kitting",she told Thistlelead but he probably knew that right when he heard the yowl and were it came from.

Thistleleaf perked his ear when he heard the yowl. He quickly rose to his paws and rushed out of the den, straight towards te nursery to where Swiftlily was. As he entered, he flicked his tail and padded over to the Queen.

The medicine cat apprentice followed her mentor to the nursery to see if Swiflily was ok.Right when she walked in she saw Swiftlily was kitting and needed help so she grabbed a stick that was laying around,gave it to Swiftlily then looked over to Thistleleaf for guidance.
