"Well, I had an idea and told Mapleleaf about it and she agreed so we're are here to tell you about it. That is, if you want to of coarse." Tinypaw meowed as he sat down beside his leader hoping she would want to hear his thought. He thought it was pretty well and it would make both Jadekit and him happy if she agreed.

"I could make the Super Sister rank!" Mallowkit said excitedly. "I'm sure Vixen would agree, you are a great sister!" He purred and nuzzled her.

Mapleleaf smiled. "Jadekit and Tinypaw would both like the spot of Medicine Cat Apprentice." She explained. "So Tinypaw thought, what if they both could be?"

Silverstar's fur lifted. "What do you take this clan as? A joke? You as well?" She hissed. "Mapleleaf, you know better then any cat how the code goes, our traditions." She said with her fur fluffed up. "That's why you were never tempted to take a mate or have kits, but now you want to go against our traditions? I swear everybody thinks this clan is going to let whatever." She spat. "Earlier cats thought i would let a kittypet in. I will never let a kittypet in my clan." She hissed. She stood up, her rage from earlier burning. "How are two medicine cat apprentices going to help? We don't need a ton of medicine cats in our clan." She hissed.

Mapleleaf tried to keep clam. "Silverstar! Are you hearing yourself? There is nothing against the code in this situation." She stood up. "Maybe we'll come back another time." She stormed out of the den and headed back to her's.

Silverstar glared after her. "You think i'm just a joke! I do things by how they were meant to be done by!" She yowled across the clearing, rage burning in her eyes. "I follow our tradition and warrior code, but everybody wants to change it!"

Amandine looked up at the leader with round eyes. What's up with her? she wondered.

Snowstorm looked up at her mother. "Silverstar, what is going on?" She asked as she ran over to her. "What has got into ya?" She asked with a concerned glance. "Don't take your anger out on Mapleleaf." She whispered. Silverstar shot her a cold glare before storming back in her den. Snowstorm looked at the ground. What is wrong with her? she wondered. She walked away and started looking for Bearfire. "Bearfire? Where are you?" She called, knowing before they wanted to become mates.

Jadekit looked up at Mapleleaf. "What happened?" She asked, tears still on her cheeks but she didn't notice. "Why is Silverstar mad?"

Mapleleaf licked the kit. "It's okay." She soothed. "She'll get over it." Then she turned to Mallowkit. "Why don't you and Jadekit go get some new moss for Roseheart's nest?" She suggested. "There's some extra by the warriors den."

"Sounds good to me!" Mallowkit said happily trotting out of the den. "C'mon slow poke!" He called to Jadekit. Then he looked around, wondering if Vixen wanted to help.

Jadekit followed with her head down. She grabbed as much moss as she could in her jaws and dragged it back to the medicine den. "Here, Mapleleaf." She said, setting it in front of her. "I'm probably going to go back to the nursery." She said, turning away.

Tinypaw backed away fearful of his leader. "Fine, be like that." He whimpered before racing to the apprentices den trying not or cry. He hated being scolded at and he wanted to be alone. "Maybe in not suited to be in the clan." He whimpered as he settled into a nest. Flakepaw raced up to him and started to groom his brother to calm him down. "Big brother?" Tinypaw meowed looking up. Flakepaw's eyes widen and he gave a purr, "yes, it's me." He then laid down beside Tinypaw and tried to calm his little brother.

Roman noticed her yelling and also started to get a bit scared. He stood up and looked at her with a concerned face. "Are you alright love?" He asked her with a shaky voice. His hazel eyes were widen slightly and so were his ears laid back as well.

Silverstar collapsed on the ground of her den. "No.." She whimpered. "I can't take it anymore." She whispered without looking up as tears rolled down her cheeks.

Tumblepaw saw Tinypaw walk in the den and raced over to him. She licked his ear as nudged him with her muzzle. "What happened?" She asked.

Roman nuzzled her and licked up her tears. "Just-a tell me what's going on wih you lately. Your never his snappy love." He was truly worried about her and he wanted to do something because what kind of mate would he be if he didn't help her.

"Nothing, it's nothing." Tinypaw whimpered out with a sniff. "Can you get this ribbon off Flakepaw?" The Icelandic asked his Norwegian brother. Flakepaw nodded and took of the ribbon with his fangs and settled it beside his brother. "Better?" He asked him. Tinypaw gave a nod and went back to burring his head into his arms.
