Goldenheart retraced the steps he had taken in the early hours of the day then scented the air again.The smells still here but at least its faint. he thought then continued back to the camp.



Sunstripe looked at the mouse Frostflower had just caught then tasted the air.Mouse to the east she reported to her self then lightly stepped on the forest floor, this time much more carefully.Each step she could smell the mouse better then when she saw it submerging from a leaf, she pounced on its spine, instantly killing."Great catch,Sunstripe!" She mewed softly to herself.

Frostflower padded off, following the faint scent of shrew. It was rare to find them around here, but they were quite a good meal if caught. She stepped light around a tree trunk, and quickly pulled back as she saw the morsel sniffing around a small plant. Waggling her hind quarters, she pounced, landing square on it's body and she nipped it's neck. Picking it up, she carried it back to where their small pile was.
