Fluffykit felt her mother leave her and Tussockkit. She mewled in confusion and tried to follow her mother. She sat outside the nursery and mewed louder and louder. "mommy? mommy?"

Sunpaw pricked her ears at the sound, trying to pinpoint it, but no matter how hard she tried her ears wouldn't work with her. She heard the mewling kits at the camp, the leaves whistling overhead, but she couldn't find a direction to the feeling in her gut.

Rainsong runs back to camp and sees her kits, and rushes up and cuddles them.
The licks them a little too much.

Cottonstar screeches, as her paw twists a bit more.

Lightningfang groomed his dark grey paws quietly. He nibbled the fur between his toes, cleaning out dirt and debris. "Its nice having clean paws.", he commented to his younger sister who was beside him. Warblerpaw lifts her head to gaze at him. "I'm so bored brother!", she yawns. She then feels a paw swipe her ear. "Then go see what you can do!"

Rainsong runs back to camp and sees her kits, and rushes up and cuddles them.

Sunpaw saw a flash of gold, just as similar to her mothers coat, and shook the look away. She couldn't get distracted, not now. This was her first training lesson, and she couldn't form something that looked like she wasn't mentally stable to keep her mind in check. However there was something unnerving her horribly, that started to settle in her bones and shake her ribs. Something was just NOT right.

Bramblefur felt her tense up and he pricked his ears listening around them. "Do you hear it too?" It was slight but he heard the distance screech of Cottonstar. He touched Sunpaw's shoulder with his tail signalling for her to start listening as well.

Sunpaw screeched at Bramblefur's touch, hissing with her claws unsheathed. She saw the fiery coat of her mother bounce from tree to tree, terrifying her more than anything. Her mother was deigns fly a threat to her and her new friends. She didn't have any connection to believe so, but she needed to get her away from Cottonstar.
"I'm sorry Bramblefur. There's a threat right above us..the sun coat.." She felt like throwing uo and she was dizzy, trying to keep herself on her paws.

Bramblefur easily blocked her swipe, but he still worried about her. She looked terrified more than anything. "Sunpaw, snap out of it. Clear your head and tell me calmly what's wrong."

Sunpaw collapsed, the red shadow swarmed around her, suddenly she was in an aroma of black when she awoke with a fiery red tabby smiling and cackling at her.
"Oh daughter, have you really put your trust in these forest cats? They will rip your throat out without a chance! You don't fit in, you're nothing more than a rouge, which is why I left you there."
Sunpaw swirled around, trying to position her body to keep in front of the cat, but she was swift, fast, and agile. She didn't know how to face a faceless enemy.
