Soul turned and watched Cray approach the female. Her eyes darted from the dove, to Lilith, then Cray. Her paw was still wrapped around Kione's, it was tightening with every second that passed, every second felt like forever and she wasn't able to get enough air in her lungs before she released what she already had.

Kione held his paw over the one of Souls which held his."I don't know, Soul. But it's going to be okay," he murmured, squeezing her paw comfortingly.

Dysis turned and could not believe her eyes. Yet another she wolf with her brother, sure that wasn't so unusual, but the one was heavily pregnant! Did Kione just have no respect?!

Lilith gave Soul a worried look, patting her paw over Kione's to hers before turning to observe the interaction between Cray and the unknown female, not entirely sure if she wanted to see it.

Lia took a deep breath, keeping herself together, before exiting the tunnel, putting on a bright expression. "What's next?" she asked Roan brightly, though the expression couldn't quite hide the... feelings she was pushing aside for the moment.

Soul looked over at Lilith one last time, her eyes held an apology, and she was sure that she knew why. Right now, she felt like everything was not okay and that she had to make up with Lilith and let go of Cray. Number one was easy, number two was hard, so very hard. Her orange cat eyes returned to the episode with Cray and the dove, her eyes were locked on the dove and they held everything but an apology.

Even though Lilith wanted to rip the dove's throat out of her neck for causing the state Cray was currently in, she knew that wouldn't go over well. She wished Lia were here, Lia wouldn't be afraid to speak out against the golden menace in camp ((lol, dark Lilith, very dark))

Kione moved the paw which had been placed over Souls to encircle her shoulders, the hold friendly and comforting, if not a bit protective. He didn't want to see her upset, it was weird for him to be so attached.

Kirsten met Crays eyes as he turned his face to her, "Can you go calm them down or something? its deathly quiet." he said, voice a pur. she blinked and narrowed her eyes at him, "Dont do something stupid." she hissed as she turned and trotted over to Lilith and Soul along with two others she knew but didnt really know. she sat beside lilith calmly and glanced at Soul and her quick breathing. "Calm down." she said, frowning at her just a bit.

the first thing she noticed was that he had grown, he was taller and of a more... well, his body had taken on some improvements she didnt know was possible from the boy she had loved from so long ago. he looked older, darker, changed. his dark eyes met hers and she curled her lips into a tantalizing smile, stepping forward simply and bringing a paw to her jaw, pressing her lips to his in a simple yet powerful kiss. it took but a heartbeat for him to return faint pressure. she felt satisfaction warm her insides, she had him again.
but all too soon he drew back, it couldnt have lasted more than three seconds. his eyes were amused but cool. "Vetani." he said, tone light and airy and holding a note of false surprise, as if greeting her in passing. "You need to leave." he growled, just low enough for her to hear.

Roan fashed her a smile, "i think i need to eat something or im goign to fall over." he admitted, the rabbit from earlier was small compared to what he usualy ate and he hadnt eaten a real meal for at least four days.

Vermillion came to a wide river that he hadn't seen before; a turquoise stream of water intricately plaited into the thick forest, strewn with patches of ripples but also areas where the water was as clear and reflective as a shard of glass. It showed him a perfect reflection of the murky sky, of the floating leaves and underbranches of the trees. He stepped forward, onto the jagged grey pebbles, the stones shifting under his paws, water pooling in his pawprints. It was ice cold, and it made him feel numb inside. Good. Numb was better than pain. He leaned forward a fraction and looked at his own relfection warily as if another crimson he-wolf might spring from the water and attack him. Brown eyes, dirty brown, the colour of mud and dead leaves and scratchy bark stared back at him, framed with fur the colour of fresh-spilled blood. Replusion welled within him and he looked away from himself with the same eyes that had seen, and brought about, so much destruction and pain. Vetani had been right; he wasn't good enough for her. Not good enough for Kirsten. She was royal and proud and beautiful, and it showed in the wicked glitter of her green, almond-shaped eyes, in the fall of her midnight blue fur and the regal element to every step she took. She deserved better than him.

Soul would speak out, but Cray would be upset beyond words at her. Her eyes were locked on the unknown dove's, her stare was menacing. Oh how she wanted to say something. If a stare could kill, i'm pretty sure Soul's would right now. Even though Cray isn't her's, that doesn't mean she can't love him.

Lilith turned, nodding to Kirsten with an almost blank expression. Her eyes, so bright and pure, seemed to freeze cold, her tribal mask taking on its original intimidating quality at her emotionless gaze. But her breathing was normal, relaxed even.

Lia laughed lightly. "Then let's get you something to eat before you keel over," she purred, padding towards the mouth of the cave and looking onto the narrow path

Kione rubbed Soul's shoulder, shocked at the motion the other dove had taken. She was pretty, sure, possibly flawless. He chewed the inside of his lip as the rest of his face was masked in an impartial gaze

Soul's shoulder froze as Kione rubbed it. She muttered a little 'stop' and remained still. Her breath was shaky now instead of quick. Her eyes relaxed a little, but not very much. Vetani was it?
