Kirsten felt very small all of a sudden, Vermillions presence beside her was sorely missed. this feeling only lasted a heartbeat before she met Vetani's eyes cooly. "Ill take you over to Cray after he finishes speaking to the loner." she said, words low and authoritive. Vetani snorted softly at this but made no move to sway her on the subject. Kirsten shifted her paws slightly, glancing over at Kelly and being momentarily happy that Vetani hadnt singled her out as well. kelly kept her alert and intimidating gaze on the golden female before turning and melting into the camp.

Cray was aware off things around him, just not... there enough to take part in any of it. his eyes fixed on Soul then, curoisity flashign through his mind before it was gone and he didnt care anymore. his electric blue eyes had hardened into steely gray once again, his musculed figure tall and waiting.

Soul looked over and saw an unhappy female and Cray didn't seem quite joyful either. Her smile dropped and she looked at Lilith before her brother got to respond. "Who's this?" a bit of a hiss but no emotion over all.

Lilith shook her head slightly, trying to signal to Soul not to point the other dove out. Her bright eyes were filled with concern.

Soul almost let a low growl escape her lips but she stopped herself just in time. She looked at Kione with great question, almost begging him to say something. Everything turned to utter silence.

Cray swiveled an ear in the direction of Kirsten and Vetani, refusing to look over at her again. "You'll find out soon enough." he said, voice hard and holding little emotion besides anger and emptyness.

Roan held her gaze a moment longer before stepping forward, swerving at the last second to brush past her and exit the little mineral cave. the echo's were making his ears ring, and he felt a dire need to be out from under the rock. he brushed the tip of his tail over her hip lightly, the touch alone telling her he wasnt leaving, just going out to the bigger cave.

Soul's eyes narrowed, this certainly wasn't good. She looked at Lilith, feeling anything but hate at her. Feeling concern for herself, Lilith, and Cray.

Kione swallowed when Soul's gaze fell on him. He hadn't been paying any attention to anyone but her, so he wasn't really sure what her look was about. He stood and padded towards her, sitting about a foot away. If she needed him, he was there.

Lilith flinched a bit at his tone and traced little patterns over his paw with a gentle caress of her claws. She was worried, she had never seen Cray like this before, so emotionless. It was frightening.

Lia's ears drooped a bit as Roan left. Did he not like the cavern? She sat down and looked at the crystal, reflections of her own fur bouncing around the room

Soul wrapped her paw around Kione's, she was more terrified of this then of Sylus, even though he still scared her. It was quiet, she so desperately wished that someone would just say something, anything to break the silence. "Kione," she whispered. "Why is it so quiet?" she added, her tone was angry and frightened at the same time. She already knew the answer to her question though....well, sort of.

Cray blinked, a miniature eye-roll lighting his face with a bit of emotion. he released Liliths paw after another faint squeeze and stepped forward to cut through the little group in the direction of Kirsten and her. his eyes met hers with quiet fury and he took small pleasure in the little gasp that escaped her perfect lips. Kirsten shot him a worreid and warning glance but made no move to depart from the two as he came to stand face to face with Vetani. they took each other in slowly. she was still as breath taking as ever, but with a wiser look about her, not as young and silly as they had both been at one point in time.

Roan brokeout of the little tunnel with a sigh, the light from outside filtering through the falling water. he shifted his paws, the urge to leap through the curtain of water eating at him, but he pushed it back, sitting beside the tunnel and another little sigh. thought dirfting over Lia, longing still tainting his eyes. he wondered about the little kiss from just a few minutes ago.

Kirsten glanced back at Lilitha and the others. catching the sight of Soul taking Kione's paw. she felt a little hot streak of annyance go through her before dampening the fealing and turning to arch a perfect brow at Vetani.
