Snowpaw was watching them talk without them knowing she heard what Pumu said to Tinyclaw and started to cry she ran back to camp crying i thought he loved me Snowpaw thought despairingly she cried and went into the clearing

Pumu went back to camp looking for Snowpaw.

Snowpelt got up and walked over to Snowpaw.

Snowpaw was still crying in the clearing hot tears running down her face she was hungry but did not eat she just cried Snowpaw then noticed Snowpelt h h hi snowpaw sniffed and then started crying again
