"Ah, nice to meet you all." she said, smiling some. Boomer smiled back, then looked as Buddy leaped from Ash's head to his bulb. Buddy squeaked some and looked at Ray with his big eyes.

xxxxSeeing that the Air Slash only did so much damage, Iris decided to use the same move once again. Sending blade of air towards the Ferroseed once again, she used as much force and might as she had. If she hadn't been so in the moment of battle, she would have seen the new trainer and other Pokemon.

Barricade once again stood its ground, the wave of air washing over it. Zero was satisfied with his position, the second attack had barely made a dent. "Now, Barricade, use Bullet Seed!" The Ferroseed began to spin in place rapidly, and unleashed a stream of seeds at the Emolga.

Ray giggled, holding his little paws over his mouth. He stretched out his cheeks and made a silly face at Boomer and Buddy. Aria giggled, looking at the Pokemon. "They're lovely, aren't they?" She murmured half to herself, half to Ash. "Pokemon, I mean. They're so much fun to be around. Ray is a bit of a silly thing. But sometimes he likes to fight so much, I can barely keep up with him," She half-sighed.

xxxxDang! That Ferroseed just wouldn't budge. Iris figured it had used curse enough times and was going to attack. So she braced herself. And she was right. Just as she ducked down and covered her face with her small paws, dozens of seed came flying her way. Unfortunately for her, when she thought they had ended, a second wave of seeds pelleted her soft fur. This left her skin with welts scattered every here and there, each one individually sore. She winced from the pain but stood her ground. She was not going to loose! Not going to be some trainers pet! And NOT going to live in a ball! She braced herself as sparks of electricity bounced around off her face. It was go time... She unleashed all the electricity she was letting build up right onto the awaiting Ferroseed. Spark.

Buddy squealed happily as he saw Ray. Boomer made a face back at Ray. Alessa wearily got out of Ash's arms and slowly made her way over to Ray. "Yeah, they are..." said Ash, nodding some.

Zero silently thanked the stars that Ferroseed was a grass type. It stood strong against Emolga's spark, the spikes on its surface digging painfully into the squirrel pokemon's skin. "Now, use metal claw before it gets away!" Barricade's spikes turned steel-gray in color, and the pokemon began to spin again, pressing forward into Emolga.

[Boomer]

Ash glanced back to Zero and watched the battle. Boomer waddled off to look for something to eat. He soon "growled" and started to fight behind a bush. Buddy, still on Boomer's bulb, watched the battle. A Surskit had picked a fight with Boomer.

xxxxIris covered herself from the attack,and thankfully being an electric type, she recieved minimal damage from the attack! But it still hurt, and she had a little bit of fight left in her. Now, at a very close proxcimity, Iris used Air Slash once again. It was all she had left in her and if she could just get that Ferroseed down, she'd be free to finish her breakfast.

With Boomer having a type advantage, he of course beat the Surskit. Feeling sorry for it, Boomer picked it up with his vines and waddled to Ash. Ash sprayed a potion on the Surskit and let it rest in her knapsack.
