Ash smiled and continued on walking. Alessa looked up and saw Iris. She tilted her head some.

xxxxIris scanned over the trainers and their Pokemon, not liking how her morning was starting, and set down her apple. Once her apple was on the ground she realized that one of the Pokemon had spotted her. Sh had never been too fond of Pokemon with trainers, they were always... weird. Nonetheless, Iris crept out a little closer to get a better view, ready to scurry up a tree if she needed. The Poochyena didn't look too out of the ordinary, she Iris, figured she might be alright. Her ears where tilted back some to show a look of uncertainty.

Zero followed Ash's gaze and saw an Emolga. "That would be an interesting fight. Do you mind?" He asked.

[Boomer]

"I don't mind..." said Ash softly. Alessa flicked her tail some and went to Iris. She sniffed her and wagged her tail, then play bowed.

xxxxIris jumped back, startled slightly when the Poochyena bounded towards her and began sniffing at her. She remained unsure until the Poochyena rested her two front feet on the ground with her head in between and such a playful look crossing her face. This was when Iris took a similar stance with a playful look of her own on her face. She lunged towards Poochyena, hoping to play.

"Oh, come on now, that is no way to treat that poor tree," Aria told Ray, and his face tilted up to look at her, a grin fixed on it. The holes in his back had burned some spots on the tree, making the image of a Cyndaquil's face on the bark. Aria sighed, clutching her mystery egg a bit closer to her. "You're quite silly, you know that, Ray?" She chuckled, then paused, "I wonder when we'll meet another trainer. We've been traveling in these woods for some time," She murmured quietly.

"I'd advise you to get Alessa out of the way, then. I don't anticipate collateral damage, but you can never be too sure with electric types." Zero reached down to his belt and pulled out Barricade's pokeball. "Barricade, Engage!" he called out releasing the pokemon. Barricade thudded motionlessly to the ground, its yellow eyes fixed on the Emolga.

Alyss can be depicted as possessing a sharp tongue and she is not afraid to speak up her mind.

Alyss was an orphan that loves cute pokemon, it was presumed that due to a divorce, her mother knew that she couldn't take care of Alyss. Lacking the ability to do so forced Alyss' mother to place Alyss in an orphanage at the age of four. Alyss lived as an outcast in the said orphanage, always playing with stray pokemon and zoning out. In her sixteenth birthday, a Ralts appeared in the orphanage's park, hypnotized by its cuteness, Alyss decided to capture her, but it soon escaped. One year later, the same Ralts appeared again, now, ready to be captured by a seventeen-year-old Alyss, who was teaching children about Berries. The Ralts happily went inside the pokeball that Alyss carried and thus, Alyss earned her Partner Pokemon she named, Pixie.

xxxxIris happily leaped into the air towards the Poochyena only to smack land on her face in the dirt. She sat on her hind-side with her tail laying behind her, brushing away some of the dust from her face. She looked up at the trainers, giving them her best sad-cute face. The trainer called the Poochyena away just as they were starting to have fun! But why? Then it struck her. Well, Ferroseed was what was staring at when she realized it. A battle! She stood up giving the Ferroseed a very aggravated look, and was ready to fight. She felt the electricity already building up inside her, ready to attack when needed.
