Nighpelt watched Scarlettfeather's nearly motionless form and felt a lump rise in his throat. He wondered if what he had said to her had caused this reaction. If he had been the cause of this, he wouldn't be able to forgive himself. He had no doubt she would pull through, but still. He was supposed to be the healer of pain, not the bringer.

Scarlettfeather made soft sounds in her out of it state as she twitched a bit. She coughed and blinked her eyes open once. Then that was a bad idea she closed them again..

Hmm I guess that would be enough Sunpaw thinks and puts the mouse and vole on her back and carrys the rabbit in her jaws. On the way back to camp the mouse and vole kept on falling off so she needed to stop a lot. Once she actually did get back at camp she droped her prey in the fresh kill pile.
