Ravenwing had not been eating since the battle and his ribs showed through his fur. he walked into the warrior den and saw koipelt he avoided her gaze and went to his nest beside the entrance of the den 3 nests close to koipelt.

Koipelt winced when the flashes of red came. She opened her eyes, panting. She was shivering, and didn't know Ravenwing was there. She started at the wall, and put her head on the wall. "Foxleap would've loved me... maybe. If Dovewing weren't here. But there's no use anymore. She's having his kits and everything just went horrible. I'll be mateless... and kitless.."

Ravenwing winced and his heart felt as if it were being crush and bit on.

Koipelt shut her eyes. "Poor Ravenwing. He doesn't deserve this.. I wish I could make everything up... but I don't know how. Its not true if I don't love him back. I know how he feels, the poor tom.."

Hollyleaf smiled at her and said "Tell my friend Ravenwing that koipelt does love him except that she does not know it yet.." Hollyleaf then touched noses with her and said "I give you a life of love use it to love your clanmates with your whole heart..." then she stepped back and let thunderheart walk up to her

Swiftkill felt pain as the life Pinestar gave her. Once Hollyleaf gave her the life it felt different. She nodded to Hollyleaf, "I will tell him." She looked at Thunderheart waiting for another life.

Thunderheart walked up "I was firestar's menter when he was just a kittypet that joined the clan he turned into a brilliant leader". Thunderheart smiled "I will give you your last life". and with that he touched noses with her and said "I give you a life of friendship use it to be good and friendly to other cats for someday those cats may be your allies". after he gave the life all of starclan chanted swiftkill's new name "Swiftstar! Swiftstar! Swiftstar! Swiftstar! Jayfeather smiled at her then he curled up a went to 'sleep' and appeared back at the moon-pool "Come let us get back to the clan Swiftstar, you have to name a deputy before Moon high".

Koipelt sighed and moved her tail. She didn't know if she was doing the right thing, or doing something Starclan didn't like. She wished Foxleap would visit her..

Ravenwing had had enough he stood up abruptly making a lot of noise and stormed out of the den his ribs still showing through his fur

Koipelt gasped and looked behind her. "Ravenwing... he's too skinny." She got up and went outside. She escaped into the forest.

Ravenwing ran with all his might until he reached the river in the forest. he sat there looking at the darkening sky wondering if starclan was punishing him
