Pinestar

Pinestar sniffed the air. He jerked his head towards a mouse, and crouched down low. He slowly slid towards it, getting ready to pounce. It bounced away, and Pinestar successfully leaped into it, biting into it's neck. He put it down, then looked around.

Icepaw

Icepaw stalked off towards the trees, hopping onto a low branch. He had scented a sparrow, and leapt towards the direction.

Hauntingjay flicked his ears. "Nice catch, Pinestar," he mewed cheerfully before shaking out his fur. The sticky heat was driving him a bit crazy, and his pelt was trapping the hot air to his skin. "Jeez, it's really hot out, huh?" he half mumbled.

Hawkthorn looked back at Silvershine and Crowpaw. "Alright, time for some hunting," she meowed, raising her head and tasting the air for the scents of prey. She scented a mouse and crouched, keeping her limp paw off the ground the entire time as to not make noise. She then put the paw down and sprang at the prey, nipping it's neck so it fell limp and holding it in her jaws.
Crowpaw blinked at the mouse she had caught. "Whoa, nice," he mumbled. "I bet I could catch something better!" the apprentice taunted, purring delightfully.
Hawkthorn purred. "Oh, could you?"

Silvershine

"Nice catch, Hawkthorn!" She called to her. Silvershine sniffed the air and scampered towards a small clearing. She crouched down low and got ready to pounce on a vole.

He nodded. "I hope we can get out of this drought soon,"he added.

Petalflower suddenly sees Shimmer Falls and decides to fish. Dropping the bird beside her, she spots a fish, not showing her reflection in the water. She slowly raises her paw and scoops up the fish, biting its neck.

Silvershine pounced, then carried the vole back to the group. She dug up a hole and layed the vole in there.

"Thrush,"he whispered to her. Pinestar leapt towards the scent, then chased it down the moist ground. It came towards Snowpelt, and he gestured for her to get ready and catch it.
