A darkness is coming toward the clans - the war is brewing and the founders are stirring, which hasn't happened in at least a millennia. Bast has already come to the real world with the help of her mortal link, Eboni. She has gotten a vision sent from Zeus himself telling the dangers of what is about to happen, and uttered words of wisdom to her.
Now we must prepare; What side are you on? Dark, or Light?

The Hunters of all the clans - they bring food to tables when food is in great need. They are trusted, though move like they own the area. Sometimes, this is considered to be in some sense, arrogant and untrustworthy - for they move like shadows, without trace nor sound, without leaving a hair out of place..
Nyx created the Dark Night Clan in order to keep her allies in order. Marking the original clan followers with Crescent Moons on the forehead, some of the descendants of these followers have it as a type of Birthmark, leading them to become one of the first choices for power.
Nowadays, though, if a cat is born into the clan, the bottom of their paw will be black.
The River clan is probably one of the most trusted clans. The leader of said clan is named 'Silverstream', and tends to have good reputation with her friends and allies in the clan. They look up to her.
The clan itself is based around getting fish for younger cats, and swimming is a large aspect of their jobs, and so they use the 'River Bast', to fish and bathe in - for it is said to be blessed waters by the cat goddess herself.
Bast, on the other hand, created her clan by forming water in the shape of cats - hence their love of water. She made them to be strong and trustworthy, and thinks of them kindly, though often throws hardship in their way in order to tell if they are actually worthy of being in her clan.
If they were born into the clan, the bottom of their paw will be blue.
The Lightning clan is not currently led by any cats, though the occupationSLOT is definitely open.
The clan is mainly based around weather - using stars and clouds to indicate whether there would be any bad omens - a full moon half-clouded over could well mean that snow is coming - so the Dark Night clan can know to get enough food to last them for the winter alone.

Zeus' clan was always to be about the weather, which he controlled most of the time. He made them from electricity, making their shapes and markings with raindrops. In hotter areas, he created them out of sand. His intentions for the clan were to make them, in a way, prophets - telling the prophecy of weather to those in need of it.
The bottom of a cat's paw that is born into the clan would be yellow.
The Death Clan consists of the warriors. Originally, it was not corrupted by the leader of said clan, Abbadon, and was solely based around protecting their fellow cats from dangers such as wild dogs. Now, they are scared and cowardly due to Abbadon's new reign.
Pluto was a warrior, and made the clan to be about the warriors that were in the cat legion. He crafted them from the fires at the bottom of the Earth. But, when Abbadon joined the clan, out of anger he twisted the followers of the Death Clan to be cowardly in spite of the cat. However, he will bless the truly courageous members of the Death Clan, and speak to them in a dream to tell them to leave before they are cursed with cowardice.
If a cat is born in this clan, the bottom of their paw will be red.
As said above, the bottom of a paw of a cat in certain clans will be certain colours - but if the parents of the cat were both in different clans, then the stronger DNA of the Clan will be shown in the pawprint. From what is gathered, the strongest DNA of all the clans is Dark Night.
