Even though he had peacefully resigned from the living plane when he realized the mate he could have had, had indeed forgotten him, it didn't stop Coppertail from pacing worriedly in his new starry home. His long, starry-furred tail swept back and forth as he silently watched Featherfoot from a small viewing pool nearby. It raised the fur along his spine to see her in such a state, even if he was entirely sure that she wouldn't be harmed.
Redpaw, however, wasn't enjoying his brother's pacing too much. "Would you calm down? You'll wear a patch through the stars if you keep that nonsense up." He snorted from his spot under a shady tree, licking a ginger paw and dragging it over an ear. "Just wait for her to fall asleep, then speak with her. I don't know what you're so worried about," the young tom huffed, rolling icy blue eyes before lounging on his side.
