Featherfoot nodded to Crowpaw with her ears flicking in annoyance. "Since you took a moon and a half, the patrol left without us. Let's go follow them, yeah?" She grumbled. "First, let me grab some fresh-kill." She walked over to the fresh kill pile.

Shadowsleek

Shadowsleek glanced at Firefly, then looked down at his paws. Tormenting his sister would have to wait. He padded over to her calmly and nodded. "Hi." He glanced at the fresh-kill pile and quickly went over, snatching the mouse Featherfoot was bending over to bite. "Hey!" She hissed. He sneered and took the mouse back to Firefly, now feeling embarassment prickling in his paws.

Honeyflair

Honeyflair walked out of camp, strolling into the forest. "I'm short on poppy seeds. I don't even remember where they are." She grumbled.

Crowpaw sighed. She stared at the clouds while featherfoot grabbed some fresh-kill. She sort of... hated featherfoot.

Firefly blushed, smiling, and looked up at Shadowsleek.

His eyes widened when she licked his face. He sat down, his cheeks burning hot with embarrassment. What was that about? he thought.

Featherfoot

Featherfoot growled lowly, flicking her tail from side to side low on the ground, and lowered her ears. She hasn't killed a cat in more than twelve moons, and it certainly wouldn't be her last. She forced herself to relax and sank her teeth into a skinny robin, and dropped it in front of Crowpaw. "That was rude of me. Go ahead, you eat up, I'll wait."

Shadowsleek

Shadowsleek smiled back at Firefly. He felt like a mere kit, with a crush like this. He felt Featherfoot's eyes burning into his back but he didn't care. He nudged the mouse, "You can go ahead and have the first bite if you wish."

Honeyflair

Honeyflair sniffed the air, and she could practically smell the anger coming from Foxpaw in the air. "What a bunch of kits." She muttered, rolling her eyes.

Crowpaw nodded. She ate the robin, when she finished she got up and started to head towards the patrol.

Featherfoot licked her paw and swiped it over her ear as her apprentice ate, with a stare at Ashstar across the camp. Jealousy prickled in her pelt as she saw Vixenleap lick Ashstar. It sure wasn't out of respect. Raising her chin slightly, she padded after Crowpaw.
