Coppertail let out a loud laugh, feigning a hurt look. "That one hurts. I'm just 'another cat?' I thought I was so amazing!" He sighed dramatically, hanging his head in mock disappointment. "I mean, all I wanted was to be loved. But then, I died. Oh, cruel world!" He sighed, finally giving up on his whole 'kick puppy,' thing and cracked up laughing. "Let's agree to disagree and say that the best, most talented medicine cat in all the history of the clan- as well as the noblest, strongest, and devoted warrior in the history of the clan were lost. Aye?"

Paw was a bit hungry, so she decided to go and find featherfoot and darkswift.

Featherfoot bit down on her sore tongue and reopened her eyes, her mind throbbing and banging with a horrible headache. "Yeah, I'm fine." Her pelt was bristling but she gave the tom a curt nod anyway. You know he doesn't truly care for your wellbeing, right? The voice in her head snarled. The snowy white she-cat froze, her amber-green and ice blue eyes widening. Did you really expect me to sit idly by? You can't get rid of me. Not for anything. It spat. Attempting to remain calm, Featherfoot ignored it, deciding it'd be better to not mentally argue with herself again. Turning around, she tipped her sore head a bit. "Oh, hey, Paw. What's up? Thought you were going back to your owners." She glanced at Darkswift.

Honeyflair let out an amused purr, and finished off the last of her rabbit, licking her jaws. "Yeah, yeah, sure, whatever." She good-humouredly rolled her eyes and turned to lick clean her already well-kempt pale amber fur. "Do you think he'll go madder than he already is? He'll probably worry 24/7 about your voice coming back to haunt him." her tail flickered at the thought. "It would most definitely serve him right."

Shadowsleek ears pricked and he instinctively bounded to her, letting out a loud rumbly purr, rubbing his cheek against hers. "Oh, love, you don't know how happy I am to see you're alr-" He stepped back, stunned at her cold words a bit. He expected them, but he couldn't help but feel a stinging sadness lurking in his stone cold heart. Shadowsleek tipped his head a bit, his baby blue eyes sad. "I would never trick you. Don't you see, love? We've already taken over the Clan. Ashstar's been missing for a few days now, and nobody has realized our plot - those who have, were dealt with." He smiled sadly. "Please."

Paw was looking for featherfoot and darkswift, walking past shadowsleek and firefly.

Coppertail shrugged and chuckled lightly. "Oh, it definitely would serve him right. Let's check up on how that cat is doing now..." He hummed, tossing a look in the direction of the pool and making his way over. "Oh!" He meowed, as of pleasantly surprised. "Looks like he found Firefly- and it isn't going well." He hummed, crouching down to the pool and hissing slowly into the flat water. "I told you, Shadowsleek. Your murderess doesn't love you, doesn't want you, and doesn't even care about you."

(ohh.... Vixenleap got sick.... ;-; so now... she's very very sick... she got it from the dead kittens..;-;)

Gingerpaw rushed about the medicine cat den, her clan was sick. Very sick. What worried her the most was that her leader had gone missing, and also, her sister, Vixenleap was close to death, if she didn't find a cure soon, she would die.

Vixenleap was at the back of the medicine cat den, far from the entrance. her throat was rough, her pelt messy and dull. Her pad's where cracked and sore, her eyes dull, and lifeless. Anycat would say she was dead, if it wasn't for the rise and fall of her shrinking belly.

Foxpaw and Blackpaw laid together, in the shade, sharing a mouse. They both glanced over at the medicine cat den every now and they, crying inside.

"You never loved me, did you?" she said dully, sprinting back to camp. Firefly whisked passed Foxpaw, a tear slipping down her cheek. She padded into the nursery, nudging her kits awake. She sighed, looking at poor Cinderkit, who looked terrified. "I'm sorry, Cinderkit... I'm a horrible mother..." Cinderkit stopped shaking, and padded over, rubbing against her mother. Firefly purred slightly. "Well, kits, Auntie Stormwing is going to take care of you for a few days, Momma's going to be gone... for a while..." she said, sighing. Stormwing's ears perked at the sound of her name. She glanced inside the nursery. "I heard my name!" she said, padding inside. The shecat purred, smiling warmly at the kits. "Hello, Flickerkit, Burningkit, and Cinderkit!" she said, looking over at her sister. "I'll take care of them, don't worry." she said, standing near the kits. Firefly nodded, "Goodbye..." she said quietly, dashing off.

Blackflame paced in the Warrior's den, his eyes still wet from tears after Vixenleap rejected him.

Honeyflair jumped to her paws, "ooh, let me help!" She bounded over to the pool on the opposite side of Coppertail. She cleared her throat and a horrible scowl formed on her cream tabby face. She lowered her head and spat, "Did you really expect me to sit idly by while you basked in your so-called glory, Shadowsleek?" She snarled. "Your mate- That's not fair that you were able to trick her. Now look at her. She's abandoned you. Everyone. has. left. you. Your kits? They looked up to you and now they despise you. Your sister? She was always better than you, you were just to boastful to see it. And your apprentice? He had the strength of a raging lion. You have fallen, Shadowsleek. Firefly as well."

Shadowsleek froze to hear the voices in his head again. As Firefly sprinted off, he felt dizzy. His world seemed to be spiraling out of control. He was so close. SO CLOSE. Everything was slipping from his grasp. He plopped onto his bottom, his eyes wide and staring at nothing at all. "Firefly.." he mewled weakly like a kit. "The.. Clan." His snarl was weak and even pathetic. His ears rotated back and his mouth snapped shut.

Blazingkit looked up to the blue-gray she-cat that replaced the spot of his mother. "What? Why is momma leaving? She just got back." he mewed weakly, padding over to exit the den but Stormwing's long, fluffy tail stopped him in his tracks. "Mommy?" He cried out, his big, innocent heterochromic eyes wide.

Paw looked at Shadowsleek. ''Are you okay?'' she asked.

Flickerkit tried to climb Stormwing, but fell down.
