His eyes widened it was the same one, who had killed his foster mother leaving him a loner. He hissed scratching it's face as lightning light up the sky.

Ash star heard the deep growl of an animal. That wasn't a cat! He ran to the burrow and jumped through the hole. He looked around for Briar. "Briar! Where is it!? He asked

"You will never get rid of me. Not if I get rid of you first!" He hissed

He snorted,"You can try, fox-heart!" He then padded off to the warriors den and laid in his nest, grooming his soaking fur.

He laughed. "Dry paw!" He hissed, sitting in the rain

Briar

He had to kill it. It was his duty to avenge his mothers. To make his parents and siblings proud. It was his duty to protect these poor rabbits and that clan if it came out of this burrow. The badger swiped at briar. Jumping onto it back he clawed. It shook trying to get briar off but he dug his claws in even more.

He growled and curled into a ball, falling asleep. He had a dream of Hawk under his claws, dead. and then Briar was under his claw,s dead and then even more cats, cat's he didn't know. WHen he looked in a pool of blood there was something around his grey neck...a collar..

Ash star hurled himself onto the badger. Ash star sunk his claws into the badgers palt and clinged

Hawk curled up in a tree, the rain soaking his pelt

The badger finally flung him across the room. He slammed into a rock. Blood streamed from his shoulder. But, he kept battling the badger.

He headed back to camp once it started to rain. Once at camp he found some shelter in reeds and groomed his soaked fur.

Picking up her prey she headed back to camp, the rain made her longinsh fur heavy. Once at camp she dropped it off and hurried to the warriors den to get dry.
