Thorn nodded warily.
"I think we'd better get back to camp," she murmured to Shadowheart "I don't like the sounds of it..."
In fact, for the third time in her life, Thorn was scared. The noises sounded vaguely familiar, and one was of grief and pain.

Cherrytail laid in her nest, wide awake. She couldn't sleep for one reason or another; something was bothering her. She had a feeling Starclan was angry, and felt uneasy.

Cloudpaw snored loudly nest to his sister in the apprentices den, having a dream about a pretty apprentice from Silverclan..

(DUN DUN DUHHHH!)

"Alright," Shadowheart mewed. "Lets go." though he wouldn't admit it, Shadowheart was slightly worried too.

Whitefeather's eyes widened. She licked Rainstorms cheek. "Ii'll watch your other kits, I promise to keep them safe." she murmered.

Rainstorm nodded, her eyes hard. She walked up to Ripplestar, "Smokehawk only killed the kit because he knew it was mine. Ripplestar it.... it was his too. I should have told you when i first came but I was so afraid..."

Silverclan
Ripplestar gave Rainstorm a long hard stare. After what seemed like ages, she finally spoke. "The father of the kits means nothing to this clan. You are a queen of Silverclan now who has lost one of her kits; this atrocity will not be allowed to be ignored." Ripplestar took one step forward to touch noses to the queen, sorrow breaking through her hard expression. She leaned in a little closer to whisper in Rainstorm's ear, "I know I asked you to come in this patrol, but please be careful; you still have your other kits to care for. Try and stay out of the middle of the battle." With that, Ripplestar backed away and yowled, indicating that the patrol leave for Blazeclan.

Brookflower shuddered, not ready to go. She glanced sadly at Rainstorm and got up, walking alongside her.

Sparrowsong sighed, worry flashing across her face. She wanted to go run over to Blazeclan and warn Jackal, or get him out of the danger. Trying her best not to get noticed, she slipped into the shadows, and took the long way around the outskirts of camp. Once outside hearing distance, she took off, running as fast as her legs could carry her.

Blazeclan
Ivyfrost woke with a start. She couldn't remember what she had dreamed about, but she knew it was important. The smell of blood still stayed in her nose as she thought. I remember pain... Spilling of blood, but why? And who? She shook her head, and glanced over at Cherrytail.

Rainstorm said nothing, making no sounds or looks to say she would do as her leader asked. sure, she would fight, she would stay on the edges, but if she saw Smokehawk.... her raked her claws into the ground before following Ripplestar.

[Okay then, I guess no one is going to reply to Jackal either, huh? lol. ]

Blazeclan~

Jackal rolled his eyes at the cat he had questioned, muttering something about useless warriors, and Silverclan as he slinked off. His tail flicked with irritation, though he looked around observantly. Everyone seemed jumbled about. "Smokehawk!" he yowled loudly, nearly demanding his leader over to him, wondering if they'd even returned yet. He glanced around, noticing Rose hadn't returned, either. But Jackal was smart. Sparrowsong, and even Rose, had to wait right now. Who knew when the attack would be here? "Firestorm!" he yowled instead for the other leader, "Sunstream!" then for deputy. Were any of them present?


Giantclan~

Twigsnap sighed. She looked around for her apprentice. "Petalpaw!" her glowing, bright yellow orbs fell on the fresh kill pile, which was tremendously low. "Petalpaw, we need to get out for a hunt." The mocha brown she-cat mewed, glancing around. She looked for any other warriors or apprentices to join her on the hunt. "Rapidpaw, you come too." she spotted her half-brother dozing in the shade, and tapped him on the muzzle with a forepaw.

Blaze

Rose was shakily standing up, shaking her pelt and gritting her teeth as another monster roared by. She turned her back to it, trying to forget her dream. She started to briskly walk away as a big monster roared by, shaking the ground slightly. She started padding along the familiar trail, eventually forgeting her dream. She yawned, now tired. "Hmm, maybe just... a nap... would help..." She said, yawning. She looked up, seeing a nice tree with a thick branch. "I shouldn't fall off..." She mumbled, now half sleepily. She hopped up, curling up into a tight ball near the base of where the branch meets the trunk.

Cherrytail heard her apprentice stirring and her eyes snapped to her.
"Ivyfrost, did you hear that?" she murmured to the she-cat. What was that yowl?

Thorn's ears laid flat against her head and the fur on her neck rose as another yowl broke through the quiet night air. She pressed herself against Shadowheart, trying to calm her fluttering heart.
"We need to get back to camp, now." she whispered, fearful.

Cloudpaw woke lazily, then padded out to make dirt.
After he finished, he heard the yowls. Worried, he decided to stay awake the rest of the night. He padded into the clearing and laid down, grabbing a mouse from the prey pile. Yawning, he bit into the mouse. Maybe Smokehawk would be proud of him for getting up so early to keep watch?

"Come on, let's go," Shadowheart mewed, turning to the direction of camp

Thorn slunk back to camp, staying pressed against Shadowheart.
Something bad was going to happen... She could tell.
When they reached camp, she spotted Cloudpaw tucking into a mouse.
"What're you doing up?" she mewed increduously. Most apprentices had to be drug out of their nests by their tails, hers included.

"I heard a noise, so I decided to watch the camp," Cloudpaw explained, a few pieces of half chewed mouse falling out of his mouth.

Thorn nodded.
"I think I'll stay with you... Do you want to?" she asked Shadowheart.
