I looked at the leader with respect and kept still, she looked like she was scanning me. My yellow eyes looked the leader and I curled my tail to the side. I kept my silent, though. I broke my silence and purred silently. "Thank you."

Her cross face broke into a slight smile. "Sit beside me, young one." She turned back to the clan and stood up. "This is Gadget, a young cat willing to join. "Gadget, from this moment forward you will be known as Gadgetpaw. I will be glad to mentor you."She nodded and smiled.

It felt like my heart stopped at the acceptance of the leader. I sat beside the leader and looked at the Clan, and then my mentor. "Thank you so much." I whispered and slightly purred. This was going to be my new home.

I nodded. "Bloompaw, will you show her the apprentices den?" She meowed.

Lilyeyes

Lilyeyes sighed in relief. She jumped off the highrock and padded towards the medicine den.

Bloompaw nodded and motioned for blackpaw to join her. She smiles at her friend. "Follow us." She and black paw both said at the same time, then laughing.

I smiled and got up following the siblings. I looked at the tom and asked. "What's your name?"

She padded off and glared at the new apprentice. She sat by the warriors den and began to groom herself.

She padded into her den.
